I suggest all who got scammed do it too.

They’re going to scam you. Don’t download it. There are other apps that are true to their words and what they disclose. They also don’t respond to their emails, neglect what the customer wants, and send a scripted response to those who are unsatisfied instead of trying to help.

to add on, they dont refund you because they want to keep their money and they don’t respond to any emails simply because they’re scammersssss!!!

They deceive people and do NOT disclose what you will be paying. They say one thing and charge you another.

Tricked purchased

Please read before you click on this alleged free trial because it’s not free. It charges you up front and this is a deceptive sale practice that should have lawsuit filed against. This may work great but I don’t like to be deceived into a purchase. Give me the opportunity to choose to buy or not to buy and then give no recourse for a refund. This is clearly theft by deception. The money is not the issue for me, it’s the deception. This is the first app that I have ever used that assumes a sale without consent and is proud to let you know they got your money and you can’t get it back even through Apple. This is not over yet, it’s wrong and whoever eats my money is curse with a curse. FYI the curse is FREE no charge and no deception.

Don’t download

I learned my lesson. I should have read the reviews because many people had the same problem as me. I had just barely downloaded the app and they were charging me for a whole year, even after I pressed cancel subscription. I requested a refund considering I didn’t even use the app once and was charged a significant amount. Dont buy it unless you are sure you want it.

Not worth it!

I downloaded this app and was charged before the free trial ended. I’ve tried to use the app since but every time I pull it up it acts like I need to pay AGAIN for the app!! I’ve tried to resolve this through Apple but haven’t had luck so far. If the developer can’t resolve my issue I’ll have to fight the charge with my bank.

NOT FREE!

This app is listed as free, however it will only allow you to complete 2 workouts and then it prompts you to buy a subscription if you want to keep going. If that’s the case, be up front about it in your description. I don’t mind ads and pop ups to use a free product, but it’s really aggravating when I think I’m going to use a free app just to find out that it’s a cash grab scheme. I won’t be using anything from this developer from now on.

Complete scam, don’t be falsely advertised into a subscription

Rip off, you automaticlly start with the year subscription when you have options to pay by the week, what a scam i want my money back and my subscription cancelled!!!

Disappointing

I downloaded the app and got the free trial. After the trial was up it charged me, even though I canceled the subscription. Now for some reason I can’t download any apps cuz my payment for this app is pending and I can’t download apps til I pay it.

I want a refund

Worst app ever, they give you an option of 119 dollars as the first option in order to steal your money and when you try to cancel the subscription you are still stuck with it, the app isn’t even good.

It’s a PAY ONLY app

I hate these apps that are listed as free but don’t actually let you do ANYTHING without paying. It’s all a scam and the practice immediately turns me off from this app. It’s 119/year or 10/month.

**Edit** the developer response says there’s a free trail. That is indeed not the case. You cannot move forward without clicking the pay button. Maybe a bug in the app, or maybe it’s a free trail app I needed to download. Regardless, this version will not let you proceed without paying.

Scam. Don’t download

Zero functionality, and the “free trial” tries immediately to bill your iTunes account WITHOUT notice or receiving your authorization. The only reason I didn’t end up charged $100 is because I have my phone set to require my password on any purchases. Try RunKeeper instead— functionality is fantastic (and free!) and the training programs are way better and cheaper.

Deceptive app

Free app. Download and install. Asks questions about current stats and goal weight. Then presents you with option to BUY a subscription that you can’t get past. And it’s not cheap! Only option is to buy or uninstall the app. I didn’t know Apple allows that kind of app in the App Store. Uninstalled.

Purchase screen unclear and Refunds not allowed

Downloaded the app to see how it worked. Did the set up portion and while trying to get it up it quickly came up with a box that looked like you just had to continue through it. Before I knew it, it was charging me $129 with no way to cancel that amount and now apparently no option to get a refund. I never intended to spend $129 on this app, and it’s unconscionable that there is no option for get a refund for an error in purchase when the purchase screen is not clear that you are purchasing a yearly subscription. Was able to cancel the renewal immediately, but apparently no way to get a refund, which is ridiculous

This app and developer are ridiculous

I downloaded the app from an ad inside another app just to check it out. I wasn’t paying enough attention to what I was signing up for and accidentally processed an annual membership. They have you fill out personal info for a few seconds then ask for $120. I immediately deleted the app and contacted apple to see about getting my $120 back. This was turned down almost immediately. DO NOT DOWNLOD THIS APP!! Now I have to go to my bank to dispute the charges. This app is highway robbery.

Hello, Please note that the subscription cost depends solely on the users' choice. It by no means is pre-set to any particular subscription type. It is never our intention to mislead our users. They can go to Settings and choose any of the available subscription options, including the one with the free trial! We are very sorry for the inconveniences, but if Apple say the case is non-refundable, we cannot do anything about it.

Not free. No option but to pay.

Despite the developer’s comments on other users’ negative reviews, there is no ‘trial’ option. You have one option, which is to pay $120 for the year. Additionally, there is no ‘levels’ as described by the developer. It’s $120 or nothing. Poor form.

***Amendment*** There is at least some free content, but you cannot access it until you close and reopen the app.

Be wary!! Quick charge on unwanted subscription

I clicked a link in a browser on my phone and was taken to the App Store to view this app. I thought I’d see what it was about. I purchased the “FREE” app and it asked for my height, weight, target weight and running habits in the first 5 minutes. After looking around for another minute, I got a PayPal notification saying I bought a year subscription for $127!!! What?? When did that happen? I immediately called iTunes since the subscription payment went through them and they said they couldn’t help with a subscription refund. I did reach a nice supervisor that said she could refund my money and cancel everything.

Be wary of an app that says on their billing page:

“We cannot manage your subscriptions; this is your responsibility. Learn more about managing subscriptions in App Store.”

It was too easy to get billed for this and others might not try so hard to fix it quickly.

Be forewarned!!!

Be honest!

It says in app purchases, but really it's just a paid app. Which is fine, but state that or provide an alternative option. Ridiculous to have people download, enter in information and then make you accept a $119/yr subscription to proceed. Apple should prevent this type of description for paid only apps.

Scam App

My 15 year old downloaded this app and we were charged $129 - which he somehow didn’t realize would happen. I immediately tried to cancel but it would not let us cancel for the subscription term and is holding us hostage for 1 year. I email and tried to get the App owner to refund and let us cancel since their own policy prohibits children under 16...and I got not support or help.

Misleading

Don’t list the app as free if you can’t get past the ‘personal details’ screen without paying $9.99 a WEEK(!)

I can Google a running plan for free. I’d consider a subscription if it was anywhere near reasonable, but am turned off by the app anyway for being deceiving.

Not a free app.

I downloaded this app on August 27th with the belief that is was a free app. As soon as you begin you are trapped into purchasing the year subscription. In order to use app, you must have a subscription. I accidentally purchased this subscription and have been requesting a refund and have not received any feedback yet. Would not recommend using this app.

Scam - Be Careful When You Click Continue

This app is a complete scam. After you set your goals and enter your height and weight, be careful. The next screen has a continue button with fine print that will charge you over $100. You can barely read the fine print because of the small font and combination of grey text and yellow background. This app does absolutely nothing unless you pay the developer. Stay away.
