Gets me started in the morning. If I miss the morning, I can easily do before bed. The levels help me to build up to my fitness goals. The reminders are so motivating. Highly recommended!

Add Start Stop Rest Sound

I love how basic yet helpful this app is and very self sufficient but please add start stop rest audible sound and also Below ‘Next’ fonts are in white hardly visible. It would be of great help if this change is made.
