Just use Youtube

You have to pay for everything, so stupid compared to what it used to be.

30 day fitness

Enjoying it but wish it would synch with iPhone and iPad. Egg
Probably me by but love how can it demonstrates exercises and changes the exercises around

Good but bugged

there’s about a 50/50 chance that the timer won't start which is super annoying.

Great app

I downloaded this app as I find myself wanting to get back into fitness. But working a full time job and being a single mum I am stretched for time, and this is where the app comes in as it is at home, not long workouts but you do feel that burst of energy like you just spent and hour in the gym. I’m also love the fact it has a warm up and cool down bit as it does help with muscle aches the day after. Would 10/10 recommend. And the price compared with market pricing is actually very affordable.
