I just started using this. I thank it on there end but when. I go log in i do the face id and if gives me the spiny wheel of death. It just sits there for like ever I use the website and have no problems and its faster. What ever is wrong needs fixed.

I have tried several times to get into my information to update my address and still nothing! I hate that my employer changed payroll from intuit to this! 👎🏼 it does not even deserve one star, but I had to in order to give a review.
Do not use
The absolute worst app I have ever had to use locked you out every single time forced to call your boss, this app is the worst app I have ever used. It’s basically the Dollar General version of paycheck.

Hard to log in the first time for the user. Computer access is near impossible. Only way I get to log in is on my phone, password issues-never end

everytime i log in it takes atleast 3-5 attempts and even then when it loads in, it’ll take atleast 5 minutes to boot up

Worst pay roll app. So hard to get into. It won’t send a verification text you have to call multiple times every single time you log in just for it to crash. This app looks so janky I’m honestly scared that they have my information.
