Couldn’t integrate

I had to delete this app after multiple attempts to get my watch to recognize it. Phone iOS is up-to-date and I am using watch 3 with up-to-date software. The app didn’t show up in my workout app, or even as an app to open but simply didn’t appear anywhere. I rebooted both my phone and my watch and nothing.
