Worse restaurant app EVER
So bad. Can’t even select a store to begin the order! And i give it an address and it shows store 20 miles and 30 miles away! When i know for a fact there is one down the road!…. And what is with asking for my address, why do u need that for sign up!!! Nobody else is asking me for that!
Terrible App
Very disjointed app. When I attempt to order from the nearest store it says “outside delivery area” but when I call the store & order, no problem at all getting it delivered the few blocks to my home. The store gives me my “points” for each order but the points on the app linked to my same phone number always shows 0 points. A totally useless app. Avoid frustrating yourself and just call your nearest store and dump the app until they re-do it to function properly.

Not working
Broken App can not register. Cannot send recover code to email. Quite useless
No store nearby
There is a Russo’s 8minutes from my house, but the app does not recognize it and so I have no way of ordering any pizza from them via the app, and there is no way to scan in the receipt even if I were to order via the website instead. No way to earn points.
Could Not Check Out
Could get order in basket but could not check out for a take out order. The app kept looping back to third party drivers as if my order was for delivery. Tried on iPhone and iPad. Am uninstalling this app.
Clunky
I love Russo’s, but this app is buggy. Although I have a credit card saved into it, when I check that card as my method of payment, I get a message that no method of payment was chosen, so I have to re-enter the card number, expiration, name on card, and security code every time I order. Also, if delivery is chosen, the app doesn’t provide an option to tip the driver, so you’ll either need to have cash on hand to tip or use the app only for pick-up. It definitely needs some work.

Only stores available to are Texas stores. Neither of the two Tulsa Oklahoma stores are listed
Won’t let me start an account
It says I already have an account on my email address. To reset password to give email address and they’ll send a reset email The email is never sent so I can’t register an account. I don’t always want to be a guest.
Add your Kingwood location
I live a few miles from your store in Kingwood, TX and it appears that location isn’t on your list. Closest store that pulls up is your one in The Woodlands and says I am out of your delivery area.
Useless app
App is garbage. Keeps giving me a gate code error. Have no idea what it is talking about for a house
Good food, buggy app
Unable to place an order. The app will not process the selection of a particular location. It would be helpful to associate a location with an account profile and use this as a default.

App needs to be redesigned to use location service
Ordered using app. Received call from restaurant saying my apartment is outside their location. Please update your app to check distance of locations and if they fit within your delivery range. I ended up driving to the wrong location and spent an additional 20 min in transit.
Can’t use credit card
Every single time I have ordered on the app and tried paying with a credit card, it gives me an error. I ALWAYS end up having to pay in cash.
Food Amazing! App= :(
There seems to be glitches in the system. It times out when processing an order and multiples go through. This creates extra work for the employees because they then need to call the customers and verify the correct order.
Could be better
Very nice app and the food is excellent. If you do not see a pizza on the menu that has everything you want be prepared to role up your sleeves. $2.95 per topping, especially vegetables, adds up quickly. Also, the Cypress, TX (Fairfield) never has Dr. Pepper. Other locations don’t seem to have this issue.

I order from the app at least three times a month! I've not had one issue with the app or the food quality, quantity and the delivery drivers are pretty cool too.
