Love how great the food is here and their technology is amazing so easy to use!
Food arrives cold
The app works fine but ChowNow does not deliver the food directly. We tried it several times and it always arrived cold and late. The last time, I watched our food being driven around for over 30 minutes.
I was relieved to see we can order Rustic Canyon Group from other services. I rather pay more and eat their delicious food while hot and fresh.

Love that it's one low fee for the restaurant.

1. Save my delivery instructions
2. Ability to add tip for delivery person after I hit the order button
