User reviews

finally a real AI assistant

Just to be clear, I don’t turn my brain off in meetings, but it certainly supplements my memory. After using Ruune I’ve started to notice that I had been dismissing small details that ended up being of more importance. The summaries are extremely organized, and action items are surprisingly accurate.

Awesome

No competitor offers hardware that’s even close. This MagSafe device is incredibly thin, lightweight, and thoughtfully designed. Unlike competing products, it doesn’t have a bunch of distracting LEDs, offers multiple charging options, and doesn’t force you to balance the device on a charger.

Even better, it doesn’t require a bulky dedicated wallet. Some competing solutions only work with a special wallet that makes your phone nearly a centimeter thicker, which completely defeats the purpose of a slim setup.

The software is equally impressive. It’s true plug-and-play: set it up once, then forget about it. It works reliably today and is only going to get better as development continues.

What really sets this company apart, though, is the developer. They’re exceptionally responsive, genuinely polite, and clearly committed to building a great product. The launch happened exactly when promised, and the customer service is among the best I’ve experienced—better than Amazon’s was at its peak. It’s rare to find hardware this well designed backed by support that’s just as impressive.

Big fan of Ruune

The Ruune has been really helpful to me so far and I particularly like how small it is. I use it to record in person meetings and have found that it does a fantastic job with the summaries. It’s a great value on the free plan. I could see the premium plan being worth it if you use it enough and want to stand up your own integrations and automations.

Once you use up your premium transcription minutes for the month it automatically switches to standard. It’s not like it stops working or anything. Keep up the great work!

Best note taker

It’s like an extra button for my iPhone and it’s so thin you barely notice it. This is so much more natural to use than every other note taker out there. I don’t do the subscription so I can’t really review the MCP and stuff but it sounds cool.

Nope

Just got my kit, forget your 120 minute and then upsell model. Will be putting mine in ecycle after 8 minutes, thanks and good luck.

Response from developer

Hi, sorry you are having a bad experience with our app. We do offer unlimited notes at a standard tier, which is still extremely accurate in transcription. There is no forced upselling to keep the device working.
