I didn’t end up using this app and paid for it for months not realizing it. When trying to cancel it has multiple pages to click through where you continually have to say yes to canceling. I tried canceling several times, still got charged again and only offered a 50% refund all while never using the app.

Absolutely terrible cancellation flow. You never get the email they claim they send to cancel and they bill you anyways. Further if you delete your account it doesn’t delete your subscription. As someone working in tech that’s pretty sus considering stripe is connected to the user profile typically so when you cancel your subscription is cancelled - meaning they’re storing user data/payment data separate from one another and so they still maintain your data after you delete your account. Absolutely terrible customer support and the app itself is okay but once you create a program you can’t leave it or change goals intuitively anywhere which means you’re stuck. I’ve requested a refund twice, crickets. Still waiting for a refund and to have my account cancelled. Will never recommend. Filing a report with VISA to ensure I don’t get charged again.

I like the coaching aspect of this app, but it is very easy to miss the cue to start running or increase your speed for the faster intervals. A 5 or 10 second warning would be helpful to know that your interval is about to begin. Even better would be a watch app, so that I don’t have to run with my phone in my hand or continuously pulling it out of my pouch. This app has excellent potential and hopefully with more subscribers, it will be able to tweak the details.

Disappointing and Way Too Expensive
Very disappointed with this app. It’s far too expensive for such limited features. There are free apps that are much better and offer more functionality. I also don’t really see where the “AI” is in this app—it feels more like a basic training app than a true AI running coach. For the price, I expected much more.

I signed up for an account in April, found out the app didn’t work at all, and canceled my subscription. They reactivated it without permission in June and charged me an additional $34.99. Today, I was charged an additional $89.99. Support has offered me a pathetic “goodwill” offer where they will refund half of the $89.99 charge for a subscription I canceled back in April for an app that does not work.

Charged but didn’t sign up
I downloaded the app but never signed up to their services and was charged £99. No email, no notification, nothing. Just took my money hoping I wouldn’t notice. Am now raising a dispute with my bank. Nobody should be charged simply for downloading an app. Express consent to be charged should - at a minimum - be mandatory

I canceled this application after two months using it. It said the app was going to continue until the expiration date August 7th and they are still charging me and not giving my money back.
