Will not connect
This app worked for a long time. It’s stopped working so I removed the connection. Now it will not reconnect.

My iPhone will not connect
My iPhone will connect with everything else, but with the Coleman Marc AC unit, it will not. The app gets locked up. Tried installing and uninstalling several times. very poorly made software.
Disconnected from my thermostat
The app disconnected from my thermostat after a power outage and will not reconnect. I follow all directions and it says it cannot find a thermostat. Not able to find any support help either. Very frustrating.
No keyboard access
App won’t allow code from a/c unit to be entered.
Terrible, outdated UI
They still use the old scroll wheel interface from ios1.
There needs to be a setting preference with a simple on/off toggle. I always want 69 degrees cool low. I should be able to set that as my preference and toggle it on and off. Instead you have to scroll through a huge list of settings which reset themselves every time you turn the ac off.

It works perfectly
Yes the interface isn’t slick like many apps, but it works and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Once you connect to the a/c unit via Bluetooth, you can control temp, heat, cool or fan only modes, and whether you want the heat/cool to be auto (entire unit turns off when temp reached and back on again when heating or cooling is needed) or always on mode where the fan continues to run and only the compressor or heat strip cycle on and off. What more does anyone need from an app? It works.

Horrible
The app will pair with one device only, though documentation claims four. Coleman Mach tech support told me the only fix was to replace the “ceiling assembly” - the part of the air conditioner with the controls and vents. So …. I did … under warranty. And, same problem. Pairs with the first device, no others. App last updated 4 years ago. Best to think about this RV aircon as lacking Bluetooth at all. The tech support (after hours on hold) have no idea about Bluetooth, the app doesn’t work as designed, and they do not care.

No longer works
Worked for a short time on my iPhone 8, then abruptly stopped working when I got a new iPhone 13. I have deleted snd reinstalled the app a number of times. Will NOT pair. Useless.
App is easy to use and super convenient.
When we bought our RV we weren’t aware that we could control the AC unit via Bluetooth. For 4 weeks we were setting our AC unit by punching the ceiling mounted buttons. Very frustrating.
Then we discovered this app which is very simple and that’s what makes it great. Easy to use and incredibly convenient.
Syncing was easy and connected the first time after entering the password. The password on our unit is 6 digits long but the unit displays them two at a time. So we watched the sequence until we had all 6 digits and voila—we were in business. This greatly enhances the ease of use of our Coleman Mach unit. This is our first RV experience and we love the unit and this app!!

Switched to C
Won’t let me Adjust in F goes to C. C scale bad only goes to 33. Buggy
Fahrenheit or Celsius???
I actually love this app, but, after not using it for a while it seems to have shifted from Fahrenheit to Celsius (unless the air unit computer shifted). In order to get the temperature down, I have to lower the scale to 18* (which still isn’t really accurate even for Celsius). I might try deleting and reinstalling.

Changes the set temp on its own
I’ve only had the thermostat installed and the app downloaded for 15 hours and it has already changed the set temp on the thermostat, without me doing it, twice. Woke up at 2 am to find it 62 degrees in the RV and the set temp was at 33 degrees. And then just now was wondering why it was cold again, opened the app, and the set temp was at 33 degrees. Waste of money to spend the extra cost for Bluetooth thermostat when using the app lowers the temperature on you.

Love it!
Being able to control your air conditioning remotely is a must-have feature! This is not the most sophisticated app, but it works and it does the job! I love being able to control my AC without having to move my fat self from the chair!
Temp readout font needs to be larger
Overall, this app works fine. I love being able to turn the heat on in the morning before getting out of bed! BUT, I have a hard time seeing what the current temperature is. Font is too small and there is plenty of screen real estate to increase the font with the current interface.
Inadequate Instructions
No possible to pair my Coleman Mach 10 NQF. Yes I get the flash numbers on the AC control panel, but iPhone never pairs
Does what it should
Works good , but could use improvements. Interface is a little clunky.
Adding quick buttons would be nice instead of the tedious scroll menus.
Also control from my Apple Watch would be great. I wish I could just ask Siri to turn on the AC in my RV.

Sedelange
After one trip the thermostats night longer sync with iPhone or iPad. Reinstalled software on iPad and the software never sees thermostats.

Had to reinstall the app and it’s not wanting to pair with my thermostats. App might need an update for newer phones!!!
Very pleased with AirXCel and glad for this app.
This company has the client in mind, whether it be the makers of RVs or the customer who buys the RV. I only hop their goal Co tinies to be customer service, thus a little improvement for the Bluetooth app. I haven’t seen any upgrades since installing last July so a bit hesitant on putting the RV Climate app on another iPhone.
Will it work seamlessly on two separate phones?
Very glad to have this app, especially at night when too lazy to get up and change the settings in the dark. Much easier on the iPhone.
