Truly The Worst App Ever

This app worked partially when we first bought our trailer in 2024. Complete fiasco since. Never had the correct make and model. Then over a year ago no service contracts showing. Nor service available. Multiple calls and on and on. Yes verbally they say we do. Now app says we have absolutely nothing. Pay $39 for discounts if we like CS worthless and could care less. Says nothing they can do about the app. Sent complaint to IT. Complete waste of time and effort.

Has not worked for over a year now.

Shortly after we started using this app they updated it. It has not worked since. Will not show any of our coverages, in fact states that we did not purchase any coverages. We did. Have been assured over and over that our coverage is in force. So there’s that at least.

Tech support is non existent for us so far. Never any follow up after help calls, or requests.

Logged in this week only to find that our VIP member number doesn’t show, and we’re being asked to activate our membership for another fee. Called and confirmed we are indeed still members. They took my info and submitted a report to tech support. I have no hope that anything will be done.

Don’t download. Don’t join. Not till they can figure this mess of an app out. Just sorry in every way.

The only redeeming quality is the kindness of the poor souls who have to answer the phone and try to help you. Even tho they can’t.

Poor app

Does not sync w/online acct. I renew this every year but doesn’t sync so I need to carry information w/otherwise to show coverage

Not Good

App looks ok and the presentation is nice but it’s functionally garbage. It won’t load discount codes for Loves to connect the account. It won’t bring up coverages purchased linked to the account. The bug fixes don’t roll out fast enough despite repeated calls to Blue Compass all the way up to SVP level.

Account Information Not Showing

My account information has never shown on this app since purchasing my trailer several months ago. Keep getting a response of “we’re await and working on the issue”. How are we suppose to utilize the perks?

Broken do not use!

This update broke everything. Do not use it. You can’t login. It doesn’t have your information. It’s an absolute mess.

Worthless

Coverage that I have through 2028 does not show. Have contacted Blue Compass RV 4 times and have gotten 4 different answers none of which have solved problem.

Don’t update!

It lost my info and my trailer doesn’t even exist anymore in it. Made a new account and still nothing. Emailed over a week ago and no response. Coverage is still good until 2028 but this new update is garbage.

I suggest do not update to this version

After updating to this version just a few days ago, the app lost all of my account info and coverages I purchased in 2023 for a contract period ending in 2028. I even tried to create another account using my same email address and other information but to no avail. It no longer recognizes any of my benefits. I suggest you do not update to this version.

Oops there was a problem saving your info

This app has NEVER worked for me, I can’t even get my info saved long enough to view coverages. Yes, it has always been up to date. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Save yourself time & frustration & downright aggravation and just keep your paperwork in your tow vehicle, or take pictures/scan in to always have digitally on your phone.

Thanks to the Gold Club

We bought a Gold Club membership with our RV. It has been worth every penny and has already paid for itself in repairs and tire replacement we had to have. Would recommend again and again.

Menu issues

Like others have said, you can’t access some of the menu. It closes if you try to scroll.

Great Service

If you don’t have it you will want it!
When RV was purchased I went ahead and bought the contract. Had issue that was covered under manufacture warranty and they gave me a case # but no direction on how to proceed. The place I bought RV told me to call RV Complete which I did. RV Complete reps took over found me a mobile tech and followed up to make sure things where going well. They did this even though their warranty period hadn’t started. I thank all those who helped. Wonderful job!

Not much useable!

App won’t let you open up half the menu, it keeps closing automatically. It also doesn’t show any of the warranty packages that I purchased. Developer really needs to update and fix!

Complete Life Saver!

24 hour tech support is so helpful and patient with questions. The “Find a Campground” portion was also awesome when I was a bit too ambitious with my trip plans, and needed to pull over and find a local campground. All the info was right there.

Just got this and needed technical support. I called the number listed for RV Complete technical service and got an RV dealer. Please fix the number!!

Love it! Makes the planning of a trip much easier and service accessibility far more convenient!
