I am a level 2 certified tech. Have all my qualifications through a national accredited organization that even lobbies in at the government level for the rv industry and this app won’t recognize them because they’re in bed with NRVTA which is a privately owned school for profit that has zero actual credentials. Yes they work with some leaders in the industry, but they went around this and created their own association called RVTAA which has no bearing on the industry or standards. Its a platform to find techs. Do yourself a favor and do business the old school way.

Found a great tech through this app” makes a big difference.
App doesn’t track repair request
Just downloaded the app and paid the $99 fee but right of the bat disappointed with the app. When I submitted a repair request, I saw it on my app and profile but within the next hour or so, the service request disappeared off my profile. The only way I knew the request was still “live” was a service tech responded so a got an email about the request. If you’re going to have an app such as this, a simple beginning and end should be clear to the user regardless of whether or not you get an email confirming status.

Search for qualified RV techs by their specialty, certification, and reviews left by happy customers! We’ve been thinking of adding Solar to our little TT and RV Help was awesome in finding someone we could trust to do the install!
A must-have for RVers
Our slide-out got stuck halfway out while setting up at an RV park. I found RV Help, reached out to a nearby tech, and he came out same day. He got it fixed in under an hour. Saved our trip. Will be keeping RV help bookmarked for all future trips.
Great App
I love this app and the ability to search for qualified technicians by certification. When I need a specialist to service my Airstream, I can find the specialist I need for the repair. It’s not only the “right” tool for the “right” job but the “right” person to tackle the job. It’s a game changer in my opinion.

Long Overdue
This app fills a huge gap in the RV industry. I'll never forget when our motorhome broke down while we were on vacation and I thought I was going to have to leave it in storage in another state because I had such a hard time finding someone to fix it. RV Help is going to make RV life so much easier and more accessible. As for the app, it has a clean and simple user interface, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for.

A Must Have for Every RV’er
Never have to worry about something breaking on your RV again. Even searching some of the most rural and remote locations we were able to find a mobile technician listed on RVHelp.
Mobile RV Tech right to us
Used RV Help when our fifth wheel’s trailer brakes system was not functioning. We were unable to move the rig. Reached out to a Mobile Tech on the app in our area. We were scheduled and serviced within a week. Experience was wonderful, but the best part is we had someone verified and certified coming to us to take care of our full-time home on wheels. Huge relief knowing a critical component was looked at by someone with the right knowledge and skills. We will definitely be using this again for the oh-so inevitable “when” something else breaks. On to the next stop!
