New version is not working
All I can do is go home and into settings. It won’t load the trip wizard at all
Phone app is awful
I have no issues with the web based app on my computer BUT when I have to access it on my I phone it is just too frustrating. I have to keep
Having to shut off my phone and turning it back on because it will not open my trip I cannot locate my log in to log out then back on. I have a month and a half of a 2 months trip planned with stops and we are leaving in 2 weeks and now not sure I will be able to access it all while traveling

Just to difficult to navigate
This app is a good idea but it’s just to frustrating to use. I’m spending most of my free time on my vacation trying to navigate this app. One star is the best I can give it. For the average non tech person it’s going to be a waste of money.
This app could be better
I wish the app was more user friendly or I need to go back to school. Trip planning is difficult to aggravating. I have to use my tablet, paper atlas and this app all at the same time. I am planning a national tour of our national parks. If I try to move on to our next leg of the trip I have to leave the app do my research then log back in. I guess I have to plan it on paper then plug it on the app. Good thing I am 6 months ahead.

Not as advertised
I have used it for three trips and every trip it is not worked for more than an hour. If you use any connection to your truck it will lower the volume and when you get a notice it kicks off line. You cannot see gas stations on the map while driving. Or anything.
