Allow location
I’m doing a trip if I choose no I don’t want to allow my location. I don’t need it to ask me every single time I go back to that particular page in trips it’s very annoying.
EXTREMELY DIFFICULT APP
This app is extremely difficult to use. There are far too many menus, buttons, and options, and very little is explained clearly enough to help you plan something as simple as a weekend getaway. Instead of making trip planning easier, it becomes frustrating and confusing.
To make matters worse, the app costs $65 per year, which is significantly more expensive than many competing apps that offer a better user experience and far more features.
Overall, this app is not worth the money or the time. I would not recommend it.

Must buy upfront
Wont allow trial before forcing you to subscribe. I’m not committing that amount and the likelihood I’d forget halfway thru my vacation if it didn’t do what I hoped it would after a short 7 day trial.
The Voice
The voice guidance needs to be changed drastically. Also planning trip should be easier as I find it hard to select where you’re going from and where you’re going to.

Relied on this app to navigate for us on a month long trip to Nova Scotia a couple years ago. This year, back in Nova Scotia and needing to go on a detour in the dark, the app sent us down a dirt road that was not really a road, but something called a “goat path,” that turned into a single lane and ended up…nowhere. We had to call the RCMP, and then the officer who showed up had to call the fire department, just to get us off this road. It took a whole team! Finally, loopy at after 2am after being stuck for three hours, we drove out in a ridiculous parade of trucks and people up way past their bedtimes. Moral of the story is: the app is not infallible. If a road looks sketchy, don’t go down it just because the app says to.
