you had a very good app, that did what needed to be done. Then the fancy pants guy got involved and turn it into a MESS. Ver hard to search for anything. Using it a lot but now deleted the app.

Dynamic pricing, bad service, unwilling to work with individual.
RVTrader changed the price on me on the advertisement a month after I called them back to list it. They told me Jued always changes, never stays the same. $329 for a listing is not cheap. Then I had to follow up with customer service because the ad was not going live. I've gotten five calls in three months and when I asked them to pause the listing they told me they can't, and that it would run out in six months, regardless if I actively market it or not.

Good app
This is a reliable app for finding RVs.
Good app with one flaw
I like the app, but it desperately needs the ability to mark a vehicle as sale pending. I kept getting people interested in the RV when it was likely going to sell. Once I removed the listing, all my Inbox messages about the vehicle got deleted. I had contingency people lined up in my inbox in case the sale fell through and I lost them all.

No enough exposure
Paid $250, 100 views in 20 days. Not enough exposure. Made multiple attempts to contact customer service and no response. I guess I’m not important anymore since they got paid…
Ads
They’ve started injecting ads into the RV image list, some of them very inappropriate. Done with this app.

Limited Value
The app often doesn’t get updated when a trailer is sold so it’s loaded with stale listings. I’m actually having better luck on Facebook marketplace, and that’s saying something. We all know how what a crapshoot that can be.

Love this app. Very helpful in seeing what’s on the market.
Skeptical
The app seems ok but it has not attracted any serious buyers or anyone that has even come to look at it even though it is like new and thousands below similar toy haulers. I remain hopeful.

This is an easy way to do your research while looking for an RV.
AI is getting it wrong
Stop using AI, it’s giving incorrect information. The very first listing I looked at showed a travel trailer that the listing said did not have an awning when it clearly does. Makes me wonder what else is incorrect.
Why have filters
This app is for new rvs only. Why would anybody waste time and money to advertise on this app. Put in my filters just to have the opposite of what I’m looking for pop up. Deleted
Cannot recommend
I am a disabled veteran and I suffered a severe eye injury a few years ago, which has affected my vision. I tried to purchase a basic ad package, but somehow they say I selected the most expensive one which was almost $500. When I called and explained to them that I made a mistake they talked me into keeping the overpriced expensive ad instead of refunding the difference for a basic ad.
The only messages I received from their site were scammers; never received any legitimate correspondence. I called again and expressed my discontent and they told me to kick rocks. I cannot recommend doing business with them. Customer service is important nowadays, and there are far better choices.
