Half the features don’t even work 80% of the time.
New 2026 Ram and I can’t even use most of the features I want because the app times out, crashes or just flat out doesn’t work. So annoying.
No free tier
I’m sure the app works great, but it is not usable without paying over $20 a month. This price is debatably justified with the feature list, but there should be basic features available for everyone considering the sticker price of these trucks.
Response: I called and tried to “activate services”, but the rep told me there was no free tier. I gave them all info they asked for but a card for the subscription but was directly told “no”.

It makes it great to have an app that I can interact with my truck

This app is a nice feature. At one time it was only included with purchase. Now it is only available at an extra cost. :•(
