App is useless (update)
There are so many glitches in the app starting with the glovebox. It only shows the same videos over and over. I have a mobile key and talked with Ram app support to get it on my app for 2 hours and still nothing. What’s the purpose of it if nothing works.
There was an update recently that I can now get into the digital glovebox. I received a response from Ram saying they are working on the digital key issue and it’s late arriving. I have seen reviews for 2 years saying the same thing. Why would they keep me on the phone for 2 hours trying to get it to work knowing it’s not going to? I updated to 2 stars now that the digital glovebox is working. Fix the key issue to at least get it to a 4-5 stars.

Mostly good
For the most part it’s pretty good. I love being able to remote start, honk my horn and lock my doors when I get that sinking feeling I forgot. It’s very slow to load which is a bummer. I wish there was a more in depth series of tutorials for all the gadgets and such. Let’s face it, the worst part about any Dodge/Chrysler product is the electronics. The U Connect system is quite possibly the worst on the market, and I own 3 cars with it so I feel like I have a qualified opinion. But as far as apps go, this one is pretty good.

App works ok, but the uconnect in the 2026 Ram 3500 Limited is super glitchy.

App- ok why the fee?
I use the app about twice per month and like the diagnostics within it. I wonder why I am being charged monthly for a pretty basic app after buying a $75,000+ truck though. This should be part of the package that was purchased and seems a bit petty for RAM to charging for it.
Great App but..
I really like the app and the useful features - only caveat: there is no widget that I can add to my home screen(or maybe I didn’t find it?). Developers, please take a look at the Tesla, Ford, BMW app. It would round this app out!
Cannot suppress marketing notifications
The app is OK but the notifications for marketing to try valet mode and try this mode and try that mode are annoying. You cannot suppress them. I have tried every single method.
New update
New does not work with IOS 27
Works part of the time
The app only works part of the time it doesn’t update as quickly as the Chevy app or other automotive apps that I’ve used. Overall it’s not worth the money and overpriced but I’m forced to use it as a backup in case you’re ever locked out of your car

No Remote Start
Remote Start is gone from the app without explanation. Ripped off.
Great App!
I’ve been using this app for years and do enjoy the features. One upgrade I would suggest is the ability to add a widget for location, remote start, lock and unlock features. Be nice to slide to the widgets and start your vehicle or check where you parked without having to open the app. Keep up the good work!

The app
The only reason I give it three stars is because when I open the app on the first attempt, it will not connect. I have to close the app and reopen it almost every time.
Notifications won’t work
This app used to work great we have a plugin vehicle and a truck but then randomly I stopped getting notifications on the app completely and uninstalling or logging in and out doesn’t fix it.

Clunky
The app is okay at best. I find a very clunky the fact that you can’t use Siri to start the vehicle seems like it’s 2010 again. It’s 2026 you should be able to just say hey Siri start my Truck.. You also should be able to adjust Climate etc. For.
