Après 5 tentatives pour verrouiller mon Ram 2025 à distance zéro résultat. Quand ça fonctionne souvent ça prend une éternité avant de fonctionner. Si c'est la même chose cet hiver pour le démarrage à distance je me désabonne. Trop cher pour ce à quoi c'est supposé servir. 👎
Lost Key
Lost my key while camping. I have the spare card hidden on the truck but this added fail safe just paid for itself.
Bad
Lock function hardly works, very laggy. Vehicle location is never up to date. Autostart works half the time. I am so disappointed I paid for an entire year of this service
Status Alerts
The app is good. The only downside is it doesn’t give you the current status of the vehicle. For example, if you think you left your vehicle unlocked, the app won’t let you know that. You need to go through the procedure of locking the vehicle.
Not impressed
Seems the app does more loading and updating than anything else. If you don’t have the best service, you might as well forget about using it. This feature needs a programmable start timer and selectable idle timer.
Decent, but not great
Most of the time this app works ok, but there are a few glaringly obvious usability issues the developers can’t seem to get around to fixing… maybe none of the software guys actually drive a Ram and use the app.
1) Face ID shouldn’t need to recheck my face multiple times when I open the app to start my truck. Once should be plenty.
2) Network issues shouldn’t cause the app to log me out.
3) Phone as a key is still being actively marketed and advertised as if it were a real feature, but I’m on my second truck where this paid for feature is “coming soon”.

Fuel Graph Reads Low Compared To Reality
I have a 2026 RAM 1500 Tungsten. For many months I have had an open ticket about the fuel reading in the app not matching reality. The mileage numbers match but the graph display is always 17% too low.
I have worked with your RAM Uconnect service agent and she pleasantly tells me that my issue has been forwarded to the tech team. I have sent screenshots and data for months.
The reply I receive (roughly every two weeks) is always the same. “I have nothing new to tell you but I want you to know that you are important to the RAM family.”
I pay for all of your online services and I paid a lot for the truck.
I wish the technology worked or would get repaired.
Yes, the app does communicate with the truck and the functionality of the app is good (except for this one issue, the fuel graph is wrong on the low side by 17%).

Kinda sucks
The support on the phone sucks, taking away Alexa really sucks, and constantly logging me out also sucks. 2 stars from me

Slow to open
This was great, at first. Of late, it takes a few minutes to open. That’s an age in the online app world. The info sometimes takes a week or more to update.
2026 owner
App works good but when opening sometimes needs to be closed and reopened in order to work. Also do not like having to punch in passcode every time it’s used.

Awesome ability to unlock from phone!

No digital key?
I don’t see the option for the digital key like other ram owners have. Why is that?
Better consistency
Overall, I use Ram Jeep and Dodge being a Mopar family however, I see a lot of inconsistencies within the app. Like for an example, a very nice feature of seeing how much gas is available is never seen within the Jeep app but no other vehicle that is a Dodge shows the gas and so does the Ram. Those would be nice other features that I thought was neat like for an example with the competition app is you can schedule a time for a vehicle to turn on that would be another nice feature or for an example maybe even roll down the windows too. In all it’s very convenient to be able to start lock or unlock doors.

Fuel & Oil levels don’t update often. Ford had a free app and this you pay for

The app seems to work fine at first, but issues appear as soon as you start using maps. It feels as though the features haven't been thoroughly tested. Basic interactions like natural clicking don't seem to be supported, and simple tasks—like adding a destination to my favorites—are confusing. As a daily user, I hope the team is actively testing and using the app as well.
