There is a toggle switch you need on in order for the ring to read all your vitals and the toggle automatically turn themselves off constantly 🙄 the sleep cycles will skip days for no reason or stick the sleep cycle on the next day. The sports section doesn’t work at all and I know I’m waaaay more stressed out than this is saying…I wanna like this app but it’s just annoying! Not to mention the ring it comes with dies after less then a day 🤦♀️

Big Mistake
This has got to be the worse app on the market, had I known my grandson’s smartwatch utilizes RWFit I never would’ve purchased it. The app won’t let me limit contact permissions or enable the permissions at all!!
Worst app I’ve ever used
App doesn’t work, verification codes expire the moment you get them. It’s impossible to even register. Waste of time and money. Anything that needs this app to be compatible don’t purchase!

The “App Support” is for a watch. Registering requires email verification code. I am getting four digit but it needs 6-16. Tried twice. The QR code at the back asks me to register with a credit card (red flag). So, I got an unusable ring???
I can't really rate it
Since it won't even sink the ring. My Iphone will and I've synced and disconnected - restarted the app - deleted and re-downloaded the app. NOTHING!

Sport mode doesn’t work, after you turn it on on running or riding mode it’s turn off after 30sec and doesn’t make any data! Hope you guys can make it better! Now just 3 stars!
