The doctor who helped me was wonderful! I can not say enough good things. He has a gift to break things down for lay people. I’m a nurse but he didn’t know that initially. I would highly recommend him. Thank you

This was so simple to use, it took minutes before I had a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Will definitely use again

Dealing with the provider was great. The app was horrible. I had 1 ahead of me and after 10 minutes it changed to 2. Then I was next and got disconnected. Had to wait in line again. Then when I was being connected my phone was ringing and I wasn’t sure if I should answer it or not. Thank God I did because it was the doctor. Before when I did this, it was all done online.

Sometimes good, sometimes bad
Bare minimum. They don’t even prescribe pain meds and I’m not talking narcs either. They just end up sending you else where.

Dr Voodarla is amazing. She was the most caring doctor I’ve dealt with throughout this COVID process. I don’t know what I would have done without her. My own primary doctor didn’t even return my phone calls, yet Dr Voodarla followed up with me on her own 2 times. She guided me to the treatment that finally cured my virus. I’m am so thankful that I just happened to pick her name from the list. I wish she practiced outside of the hospital because I would definitely use her as a doctor. This TeleMed service has proved invaluable for my treatment and recovery process. I can’t say enough positive things about the service and Dr. Voodarla. It was blessing to be under her care.

Quick and extremely thorough!!
All of the urgent care centers around me are booked and I’ve been trying to book an appointment for 2 days. I logged into the RWJBH telemedicine app, signed up, scheduled a visit, and it was all said and done within about 20 minutes. Amazing!!! Thank you!!!

It’s great to have access to doctors and I think the app works great. However, I don’t like how we cannot rate or review doctors on there to help other people know who they should go to. I had a doctor inaccurately diagnose me and point blank not care about me as a patient. I had to go to urgent care the next day because I had become a lot worse and this particular doctor on TeleMed was more concerned about me having covid when I did not exhibit any signs or symptoms related to that. The urgent care doctor was even shocked to hear this. I noticed this doctor has numerous poor ratings on other websites too. So consider me shocked that she can still be apart of TeleMed. I think TeleMed needs a section where people can rate these doctors and know who they really are picking.

Bad experience
I am glad I was able to talk to a doctor the two times I visited the side although I was disappointed to realize I was charged 90 dollars instead of 45 for each visit.
I was charged 180 dollars for two visits instead of 90.

Doctor visit with Jasneet Kaur
The ease of telehealth makes me confident to use this feature in future. Since it was my first time using telehealth, I was unfamiliar with using camera which made it difficult to show the injury inside my mouth. I would recommend practicing with camera for inside mouth injuries before calling doctor.

Four hours with 6 patients ahead! I finally cancelled. What a waste of time.
Waited 3 hours and lost connection after 1 min
I waited for 3 hours to meet with a doctor. Once connected she was very kind and pleasant but she lost connection with me only a minute in. I did not receive any follow up or email trying to reconnect and was charged the copay. Currently waiting for customer service assistance, have been waiting an hour for customer service.
