Pay to Play
How is this app not illegal? Using monetary funds to allow access to meet with providers? Anyways, since we are FORCED to use this, even though it’s definitely unethical and borderline illegal, let’s talk about how impossible it is to make a meeting. I am currently paying $1,500 per year to book 2 lunch appointments. Pure insanity.

Just Bad
Has potential, but you can’t even confirm appointments. Most basic commas to book an appointment and it won’t allow a simple confirm button.
A lot of work to be done
Like RxVantage overall, this app seems like it’s still in startup / development stage. There’s no way to search by city, a dumbfounding decision that should be one of the first things they implemented. Not sure how this service is so popular, hopefully a more competent competitor comes along soon
Account manager
I am not a fan of this platform. Offices do not keep their policies updated or respond to messages to confirm appointments, catering, etc. This causes extra stress and unnecessary expense. This “service” is good in theory but terrible in practice. I would never utilize this app if my customers would allow me to schedule the old fashioned way through another human.
