Terrible

App asks what you want to do and doesn’t allow for response. Can’t get past the login screen

Unable to login.

I am an active UPMC member, but I cannot login! It keeps telling me my password and user combination are incorrect. That being said, I actively log into the MyUPMC app using the exact user and pass! So, there must be a disconnect with the app??

That’s my issue. :)

Does not load

This App will not load past the “what do you want to work on with RxWell” page. I’m not able to work on anything!

Blank screen upon registration

When I go to register I see it says ‘what do you want to work on with Rxwell?’ There are no options for me to select so I cannot move forwards.

Can’t use it

After logging in it is stuck on a screen that says “What do you want to work on with RxWell?”

Terrible

App doesn’t load half the time or states “forbidden access”. Disappointing

save login info

there should be an option to save log in info. logging in every time with a 2 step verification is excessive and a hassle

Need customer service #

App only goes to what do you want to do next! The nothing to choose on this page. I downloaded it to earn cash for my health flex card!!!! Very disappointing!! Help please

Make it independent

I would like the app better if I didn’t have to log into my insurance plan first to get to it. There are several different apps for my insurance plan and trying to find the right one to get to this RxWell is confusing.

No content

I have downloaded multiple times, and restarted multiple times. IPhone and iPad. After I sign in I get a screen that says “what do you want to work on with RxWell?” And is otherwise blank. No buttons to move forward. No menus. Sometimes it doesn’t even get this far and just hangs at the “scenery” picture when it opens. Frustrating. I had high hopes form the good reviews.

RxWell

Terrible app when it comes to technical issues! You can’t contact customer service it goes straight to an answering machine! If you’re on a iPhone you’ll eventually get kicked off the app in the middle of a task, you try to log back in and the app doesn’t recognize your credentials, username password! Calling your insurance company that recommended downloading the app won’t help you! Just delete it!

Does not launch

I logged in and the app would freeze after I chose my purpose to use the app. Closed it, reopen and it stays at an image

Rxwell app

The app has not worked once on my phone. It'll let me log in then stays blank on this background thing.

Something wrong with the step tracker

I let the app connect to my health app on my iPhone so my steps would be put in and accurate but now in the RX app the steps are completely wrong and I can’t delete them. I disconnected my health app but now they’re stuck there and when I click the sync device button nothing happens. I think it might be a bug. Please help.

Horrible program

Lost in its use, no idea where the program starts or ends ,etc

Can’t get

I saw this on the news last night and I was really excited to download this app because there is unfortunately no other app available that’s good for mental health they all have adds or most likely you have to subscribe to them and I can’t afford to pay for one. So I thought I would give this one a try but unfortunately you have to have UPMC insurance and I don’t have UPMC insurance, so I’m very disappointed

Does it work

Is this app available for use in va because if so it’s not working it won’t allow me to create an account

Members Only $ ):

The Today Show raved about this application, however, it is only available to members... without really identifying the process to become a member?

Sync with Fitbit

I like having the interactions with a case manager; however without the ability to share my results from my Fitbit it is not as effective as it could be. Nobody wants to log foods into multiple apps. I found the food log very incomplete without many options and it was not responding at times. I won’t add what I already have on another app.

As New user- wish it would sync with my Fitbit!

I wear my Fitbit 24 hours a day and the tracking of heart rate, sleep, diet, steps, exercise is so valuable to what RXWell is trying to do. Iheart is not as accurate as my Fitbit so why even bother. Recording food is so much easier with my Fitbit. I wish my health coach could see exactly what I do without it becoming a job for me to enter it into another less detailed app. đŸ˜„ please update and allow sync with Fitbit
