Easy Booking! Right on time!
Our driver was at the airport waiting for us when we exited baggage claim. We came in a little early on our flight, but he was there too.
Booking the reservation was very easy. They even called me the day before to clarify the time.

We scheduled a series of rides with Rydeu for our recent trip to Spain. The first was an airport pickup upon arrival in Spain. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes. When we got to the arrivals area, no driver. We ended up taking a taxi. I spoke to the driver later, and he said he got to the airport after we left. I reached out to Rydeu for a refund, they said that the driver has arrived on time, but because of the delay, he left. No refund they said. First off, they made up that story, and second, you offer airport pick up service but won’t accommodate a 30 minute flight delay? Our next interaction was an early morning trip to the airport. Our pick up time came and went. I called the driver. He basically said he wasn’t coming, too bad. Luckily for us, there was a taxi stand about a 10 minute walk away and we were able to share a taxi. Rydeu later said the driver had a mechanical issue. Another lie. I mentioned Rydeu to a taxi driver we had later and he said he worked for them for a month but stopped because they never paid him for the trips he took. Bottom line - give this company a wide berth.
