This app is trash
Navigation does not update so you have no dea where your taxi is or if they are in fact picking you up.
How did this app get shipped?
It’s rare to come across an app this buggy. From the constantly changing time estimates, to the license plates never matching, to the app saying a ride is cancelled only for that driver to pull up and say it’s actually not. Has anyone who worked on it actually ever used it? The issues are across the board: from UX to app to backend.

Best for the taxis service
Not only they keep you informed about drivers name, no o mate & approaching times, they also have great customer services & offer discounts vouchers which can be redeemed on the Rydo app. On top of all that Rydo prices are much more reasonable than Uber which Can’t compare at all. Best service ever ! keep up with great work Rydo

What a letdown
Booked a day in advance. They changed the driver many times and eventually no one came.
Full of doggy’s drivers
Charging more expensive than Uber and Indrive. Have bad experience with scam and doggy’s drivers.
Not for tourists
Lets you enter a UK number then says it’s invalid.
Love them
Great, reliable cab service. I even left some very important personal items in the cab and was able to get them back without any issue - I highly recommend them!
Atrocious
Worst taxi service I have ever tried using. Made a booking (scheduled pickup) then got 10 confirmation SMS each with different driver details. Called Rydo they confirmed the booking and the driver name. In the morning of my pickup I was left stranded then received a new booking confirmation - when I called the driver he said he already pickup up someone, I need to call Rydo - was left stranded and missed a flight as a result!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS APP
Driver did not turn up for my trip to the airport - no notification, would not answer my calls. Missed my flight.
Getting more expansive than Uber
1/4/23: I was so close to deleting this app, after multiple cancelled trips which I still got charged for, and had to chase up for a month for the refund due to trips that was canceled by the drivers. One time a drive claimed to have arrived but actually lied, because we were standing at the pick up spot for 20 mins waiting. Decided to give this app one last chance after support team, Andrew, helped me resolve the refund with one phone call and his customer service was exceptional! Rydo has Andrew to thank for, for getting one last chance from an user.

Terrible service
Downloaded app, booked a taxi for airport drop off, charged me my fair then said no driver available try another company.
Still waiting on email response for refund.
I called the company and they said before we can refund they have to investigate so I need to wait for an email response.
Downloaded the Uber app and driver arrived within 5 mins.

Not reliable
Pre book a ride to international airport at 6:30am, didn’t show up. Called customer service unsure if there will be a driver available. End up need to search for other company.
New experience
Just downloaded as had a coupon from previous trip. Highly recommend as an alternative to ride share options.
Absolute garbage
After waiting 20 minutes after multiple messages saying someone was on their way, I am now getting repetitive messages telling me to try another taxi service. A waste of time and resources.

Rubbish service
Cabs won’t accept the prepaid fares and want extra money on pickup, took 3 cabs to actually get a driver who accepted the prepaid fare. Was charged 3 times on my credit card.
Terrible
I pre booked a cab at 5am for 5:30 but by 5:45 the driver hadn’t turned up and there was no way to see where he was or contact him. The number listed was unavailable.
