What’s the point of this app, if it doesn’t work. Feedbacks has been sent by email and in person at office. You will not hear a single word from them.
Not-working
It just freezes on “loading” for days and suddenly starts working again,
Current Booking/Pass Connect
For the last 3-4 months, my Driver App has failed to register when I have accepted booking and have been unable to call Passenger Connect. Despite logging out and re-installing App and repeated emails/calls to Partner Care 13Cabs, they have failed to rectify this.
