Unreliable

The app works great but the cab drivers don’t turn up. This has happened more than once. Will only use Uber in future.

App stuck on spinner on first load

Over two years and this app will still not boot on first load.

Terrible service

Booked a cab that was apparently 4 mins away. 10 mins later they’re now 5 mins away. They’re also more expensive than their competitors - book those instead (as I have now done)

Great experience

Better than Uber!

Used this to order a cab and was awesome! Didn’t have any problems and ride was exactly as is! Will keep using this regularly!
