We ordered a maxi taxi for 9 People on Saturday night, amongst the passengers were a 90 year old and a 4 year old .Waited 1 hour !
The Taxi fail to come we phoned and they said that we were the next on the list . Waited another 1 Hour The taxi never arrived terrible service.

I have never dealt with a more useless incompetent company in my life. I hope that Uber sends you bankrupt and you all have to eat rice and beans for the rest of your life.
Can’t sign up
Great for personal use. You can only get receipts though if you sign up, and it is not accepting the code sent to my phone. I cannot use for work trips because I cannot get the receipts.
App notification glitch
App always shows a notification even when there is none. This is frustrating because I like to clear all notifications daily. I have removed the app and reinstalled and it still shows an outstanding notification.
Easy and reliable
This app makes it seamless to book and get a cab, and the fixed price is the best part. Because we are not allowed to use ride sharing for work, cabs are the only real option and this means I don’t have to explain surge pricing when submitting expenses. Real time tracking is also great
