We ordered a maxi taxi for 9 People on Saturday night, amongst the passengers were a 90 year old and a 4 year old .Waited 1 hour !
The Taxi fail to come we phoned and they said that we were the next on the list . Waited another 1 Hour The taxi never arrived terrible service.

I have never dealt with a more useless incompetent company in my life. I hope that Uber sends you bankrupt and you all have to eat rice and beans for the rest of your life.
Can’t sign up
Great for personal use. You can only get receipts though if you sign up, and it is not accepting the code sent to my phone. I cannot use for work trips because I cannot get the receipts.
App notification glitch
App always shows a notification even when there is none. This is frustrating because I like to clear all notifications daily. I have removed the app and reinstalled and it still shows an outstanding notification.
Easy and reliable
This app makes it seamless to book and get a cab, and the fixed price is the best part. Because we are not allowed to use ride sharing for work, cabs are the only real option and this means I don’t have to explain surge pricing when submitting expenses. Real time tracking is also great

Notifications push ads
Pushes ads via notifications by default. Otherwise app works fine.

Wayne was on time and very friendly and safe driver who knows the area! Lovely kind man.
Extremely late pick up
Booking was made for 9am. Was picked up at 9:45 after a phone call to question why the app indicated the driver was 4 mins away at 9am, then dropped off. Very disappointed and have now created an Uber account. Driver that showed up was excellent

13Cabs is a great service, but the ads that come through the app with annoying notifications make this a 1-star app for me. I’ll re-download it when I need it, but so long as ad aren’t optional, it’ll be a case of “download to use, then delete”.

I had trouble with the app this morning, acknowledging my booking request, but then it picked it up with 10minutes to go and found a driver. My driver picked me up on time and I made my flight.
Very efficient system
Quite happy with the outstanding service provided. It would have been great to speak with a human which was a little frustrating for me.
Doesn’t seem to work?
Tried booking a taxi in Canberra, a capital city several hours in advance to go to the airport. A $100 fair and the app looked for 4 hours for a cab until I couldn’t wait any longer and then I just booked an uber and got one in 2 minutes.
Sends marketing spam
1 star for wasting my time with marketing spam. I have notifications on so you can tell me when my cab is arriving, not for this.

Not working
This app has literally stopped working - I have reinstalled multiple times - it won’t accept my home address on a quick book and I can’t login, it loops me back to the signin screen….

Extremely Disappointed
I downloaded the app to use in Sydney as I have two kids (1 yo & 2 yo) and Uber couldn’t take us without baby seats. First, my first bookings didn’t go through Apple Pay so I missed the first trips. Second, the app is too slow and the map interaction doesn’t seen to be in real time. Third, many cancellations by the drivers when the trip is not far or expensive enough for them. We needed to walk back home after many failed attempts to find a driver when the trip was around $30 (considering we have 2 kids and a pram to carry around). Fourth, I was charged twice for only one trip that took me around 20 min waiting and many prior cancellations. Fifth, the customer service has been too slow to “investigate” and assist in this matter. Sixth, the price is also high compared to the competitors. So I’m extremely disappointed.
