Doesn’t seem to work?
Tried booking a taxi in Canberra, a capital city several hours in advance to go to the airport. A $100 fair and the app looked for 4 hours for a cab until I couldn’t wait any longer and then I just booked an uber and got one in 2 minutes.

1 star for wasting my time with marketing spam. I have notifications on so you can tell me when my cab is arriving, not for this.

Not working
This app has literally stopped working - I have reinstalled multiple times - it won’t accept my home address on a quick book and I can’t login, it loops me back to the signin screen….

Extremely Disappointed
I downloaded the app to use in Sydney as I have two kids (1 yo & 2 yo) and Uber couldn’t take us without baby seats. First, my first bookings didn’t go through Apple Pay so I missed the first trips. Second, the app is too slow and the map interaction doesn’t seen to be in real time. Third, many cancellations by the drivers when the trip is not far or expensive enough for them. We needed to walk back home after many failed attempts to find a driver when the trip was around $30 (considering we have 2 kids and a pram to carry around). Fourth, I was charged twice for only one trip that took me around 20 min waiting and many prior cancellations. Fifth, the customer service has been too slow to “investigate” and assist in this matter. Sixth, the price is also high compared to the competitors. So I’m extremely disappointed.

Can’t change my forgotten password. Can’t sign up again. The verification email doesn’t arrive. The supplied sign up account pin number does not work.
Never turned up but charged me for the fare
The Taxi never turned up to my address, I was standing out the front of the address on the footpath. They canceled my ride and charged me for the fare. This has happened twice, I won’t use them again. I ended up getting an Uber ride home instead.

Booked a cab at 2.30pm on Saturday 27 June for a 5.30pm pickup ! But no one came
Called multiple times I need to be told that there was nothing available
Ended up having to call for a Uber.
It came with in a minute of my call and finally got to my destination ! All be it a bit late thanks to the taxi that never came .
Next time I have to be somewhere at a particular time and date I will not be calling on Legion Cabs.

Ridiculous!!!!!!
When I first got the app everything was going great when I ordered a taxi, it was on time and etc. But now takes forever to get a taxi because it takes about 50 minutes or an hour for it to get there or it goes completely in the opposite direction of where you need to be picked up or drop off and it’s really frustrated. And another thing that’s real frustrating now is that I cannot get a taxi unless I add a payment plan for me to get a taxi. I have a disability and I have the Taxi subsidy card but yet I can’t get a taxi unless I had a payment plan for me to get one which is also nothing that ridiculous

June 8,driver Loui approached and I noticed that He was unkept and have unpleasant smell wearing all black pants and long sleeves tops with a hood.Inside his vehicle/ taxi I’ve smelled immediately a very bad smell😟.

The worst app ever created
13cabs deserves to lose all of its business to Uber when you can’t even input your Australian mobile number to register an account.
As a result I lost my ability to receive invoices for extensive business travel and claim back.
This app should be banned from the Apple Store.

Taxi arrival
I’m finding it a little annoying that I can’t see the time/mins till my taxi arrives or how faraway they are. I like to know this so I know if I’m going to be late.

Totally Useless
You can’t call a cab without a payment method. And adding a cabcharge card fails to authenticate. Not having credit for a phone call, the result for me was to try and walk to a taxi rank while suffering a cardiac episode, only to find lots of Ubers and zero taxis. I ended up taking a bus to my doctor where I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. I don’t know what kind of world the programmers live in, but they deserve a swift kick up the backside for producing this piece of garbage.
