I do not recommend

I’ve used this app for years with different companies. I’ve had to delete and redownload many times. It very frequently decides not to work and is generally very slow

It works

There are several quirks such as reversing the date to the Euro format. Also various items gets flag without any rhyme or reason…

Super easy to use

Love this app it makes claims so easy compared to others and the old way of doing things

No support for PDFs

Why does the app only allow me to add expenses via photos? To get a PDF receipt logged I have to either use the web site, or email it to my work email and then to Rydoo. So stupid.

Never opens

I have to use this to submit expenses and every single time I go to
Open it I can’t get past a pointless opening screen saying Rydoo . I’m getting very tired of this and having to contact a manager who doesn’t know what to do either . Just fix it . It’s tiresome
