Can’t login.
Can’t login anymore. I know the S+ system is discontinued but what are we supposed to do with the equipment? Throw it away?

Forget it
App hasn't been updated in seven years and you can't log into the service anymore. Too bad because I dug out my old Resmed+ and was looking forward to giving it another shot. Why is useless stuff like this still in the App Store?

Bought the device a few years ago, but the system now doesn’t let me log in, I can’t reset my password, and it won’t let me create a new account. If I go to the FAQs the site is down. It’s as if the app isn’t supported any

App won’t let me create a log in
Every time I try to create a new user profile, the app says that an unknown error has occurred. I can’t get past the sign in/log in page. Kinda makes the entire unit unusable.
Bad first Impression
For starters, the app isn’t even letting me create a profile to even be able to connect my S+ Device.. I’ve tried multiple times, but every time I get the same “unknown error” message. It’s a real bummer… I had decent hopes for the device.

I need to sync another device but the app will not recognise any of my email addresses.
When I try and recover my password the message is address not registered . When I try and register the message is address already registered. I have a resumed S+ I can not use

App doesn’t work
When trying to make an account, I keep getting an error that’s says “The remote server returned an error (401) unauthorized”. Wireless!
No longer supported/operational
Website gone. Cannot log in / register. Nothing works! Very poor for HW costing thus much! It doesn’t take much effort to keep things ticking over! Never buying ResMed again!

The new iPhone OS doesn’t work with ResMed
On November 24 Apple updated their operating system which no longer works with Resmed. Ive used it for years and now it just crashes on opening. Oh well, it was great while it lasted. All good things come to an end eventually.
