One star. Because apparently zero isn’t an option
If you’re looking for a sleep app that occasionally notices you slept, you’ve found it.
On multiple occasions, I’ve slept for six hours only to wake up and discover that, according to the app, I slept for six minutes. Apparently I’m not sleeping at night; I’m briefly losing consciousness and then staring at the ceiling for the remaining 5 hours and 54 minutes. Who knew?
Other nights, the app simply decides not to record my sleep at all. Perhaps it was tired and needed the night off.
Technical support and customer service are equally impressive: they simply don’t exist. Emails disappear into the void and requests for help go unanswered. Perhaps everyone in customer service and technical support is sleeping. If so, I hope someone is accurately tracking it.
A sleep-tracking app that can’t reliably track sleep has one fairly obvious problem: it fails at the one thing it exists to do.
Save your money. If I want wildly inaccurate information about how long I slept, I can make up a number myself. And unlike this company, I’ll be available if I have questions.
My recommendation? Try ShutEye instead. It has the rather revolutionary feature of actually tracking your sleep. Apparently, that’s a competitive advantage now.

Great systemized app, easy to use, nice alarm in the morning, actually gives me an accurate and usually a pretty precise measurement.

I love it
So you now how it shares data to Apple health? I wish it would send sleep stages too. Otherwise 5 stars

Unreliable, buggy app
When this app works, it’s great. Sleep details and a score that can help you build better habits.
However, at least 30% of the time, it simply gives me a 0 for my sleep score, and doesn’t record any information about my sleep.
There are serious stability issues here and I have seen no progress toward resolving this issue.
