Hesitant, but it's working

I wanted something to track sleep that I didn't have to wear my watch to bed because it bothers me, didn't wanna leave the phone in bed because of where it's been, and my mattress is too thick for one of those under mattress sensors. I was hesitant because the app hasn't been updated three years and it seems like the device is sold mainly through discount and discontinued items methods like eBay.

I'm on a nice 1215 Pro Max with latest beta iOS . I found a sealed in the box unit in the $50 range. I figured why not. Well happy to say, nothing has crashed. Still worry about this because if the apps not getting updated, and the operating system is, it might become incompatible at some point.

All seems to be working. I can't report on accuracy because I'm not comparing side by side with a known, accurate measurement.

I can say physically it's working. After a week of use, I started falling asleep better and waking up less tired. I think a big feature is the alarm going off when you're only light sleeping and not in REM. Of course, if you have a hard wake up time because of work, etc., then you have to wake up a little earlier than you usually did , so to not pass that time and be late. But you'll feel better anyway because not getting blasted out of REM sleep.

I hope it continues to work, and the app isn't truly abandoned ( no changes for 3 years and they fix the app if iOS changes ever cause it to malfunction.)

So easy and helpful!

I love how this app helps me track my sleep and always gives me ideas on how to improve it even more. I generally sleep well, apparently, “better than average,” and when I have a lower than usual score, the app helps me get right back on track! It would be 5 stars but the app crashes about once every week and loses my sleep results about half of those times :-/

App glitches a lot when trying to start sleep cycle

When you click start tracking, then it asks you to log your day then when you click continue tracking, it just goes back to the original start tracking screen sometime you have to go through the two buttons 20 to 30 times sometimes two or three but most of the time you do it a lot or completely reboot everything and sometimes that works I wish they updated but they made it 4 years ago and the last update was three years ago so I don’t think many people purchase it so why would they keep the app up-to-date and the glitches?

Device is great, app not so much…

The app needs a few updates. It doesn’t allow you to delete a night if you forget to wake up and when that happens it gives you a score of less than five, which skews the score and pulls down your average. Also noticed a few bugs here and there like the monthly average view has so much info and words/letters stacked on top of each other that it makes no sense. Also no option to increase the volume of the alarm. I listen to music on lowest setting at night and so it plays the alarm at the same volume which doesn’t wake me. A few updates to the app would make this a 5-star experience!

Missing item

The one thing that I miss with this program is the ability to add notes to each day’s record so that I can easily add revel ant facts that relate to my sleep.
