Unreliable, buggy app
When this app works, it’s great. Sleep details and a score that can help you build better habits.
However, at least 30% of the time, it simply gives me a 0 for my sleep score, and doesn’t record any information about my sleep.
There are serious stability issues here and I have seen no progress toward resolving this issue.

Error on score
My app is showing me today’s sleep score but it’s 7pm and I haven’t gone to bed yet. So how’s it giving me a sleep score. And I’ve been active all day long. I’ve never noticed this glitch before and I’ve been using it for years. Can someone please contact me and let me know why this would happen?

The app itself is alright, but when I was tracking my sleep all I could hear was ringing in my ears. Terrible…!

For the last three nights, I’ve received a Zero SleepScore with it saying very weird things like I’ve had 546 hours and 7 minutes for light sleep, deep, and REM all. Is there a place to contact support? I’ve used this app for three or four years and never had a problem.

I can’t figure out where the program imported 299 nights of data, since I had not created any data.

Amazing idea but sound is very painful
I love the idea of this app using sonar, however the sound even when placed over 1 arm length away is very painful. I also notice the volume reverts back to the default level when I try to turn it down, so am hoping one day a different frequency option could work!

Very happy with this sleep tracker
I’ve been using this app for a long time. But this last update the graph view was removed. Thank goodness they restored the graph. This is bet useful information, I use it for my sleep therapy sessions to evaluate my habits.
Where’s the graph man
I really liked this app and have been using it for a while now to track my sleep to help with my ADHD. The graph that came with the report was super helpful for me with that since I was mainly using it to see when I was in different stages how many times I was waking up, how long it took me to fall asleep. All really helpful stuff that had convinced me to start looking into purchasing the premium subscription. Now I’m glad I didn’t after the update that removed the graph. I waited for a bit to see if any of these reviews convinced the devs to bring the graph back, but nope. Glad I haven’t purchased anything yet, because I’ll be looking for a different sleep app now that doesn’t randomly remove their main features.

Watered Down!
Quite disappointed and also baffled that all the great data and graphics have vanished from the app. I was a big fan of the former version but don’t expect to renew this new one.
Update was a downgrade
I’ve been using this app for a long time. But this last update the graph view was removed. I’ll be looking for a different app for sleep tracking with a graph.

Removing the graph really reduced the usefulness of the app. Very disappointed and puzzled why the developer would do this.

Have used this app for years and absolutely loved it…. Until the latest update where the graph disappeared. Hate to stop using this after years, but that was an integral part of app
Devs make app worse
Yeah so this latest update, they removed where you can see which part of your sleep was light deep and rem sleep, which really makes it annoying, it’s fine overall, but it’s really disappointing seeing this change, i’m probably going to switch apps now because of how much they’ve lowered the quality

GO BACK! Update stinks
Why did you take away our graph? I have used this app for years. If there is no graph, it is just basic and I will have to start looking for a new app. I don’t even like the font change and the order change for the info. Old version was a 5 star product to me. This version is a 3 at best. Please restore the old version. Please.

Was great until it stopped working
Horrible customer service
App may be helpful for others but after one use I realized it wasn’t for me. I tried to cancel and requested a refund and can’t even get a reply from the company. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.
