It’s not getting any better even after many updates. Every time I try to log in it’s shows “update” after updating i can clock in but next time try to log in it don’t register my clock in

How many updates can one app need. It keeps logging me out every time so I have to put my password in every time I need to check my rota. Not helpful guys. Can you please sort that out.
Need notifications ASAP
Notifications should be added for updates on shifts and new shifts coming out.

Barely works
This app is brilliant when it does work, easy access to rotas and holiday requests/allowance. But the issue is it only ever seems to work half the time you bloody need it to! Frequent issues with being logged out of the app (it forgets to use facial ID!), not being able to login, and not being able to tap in for shifts! No idea what causes such frequent issues but it’s driving me crazy! I wish my employer would go back to paper timesheets at this rate!

Rubbish App
This app has been rubbish from day one.
Lasted issue after today’s update is that I can’t submit holiday or unavailability….
Didn’t think it was possible to get worse.

needs improvement
takes unnecessarily long to load, cant see my holiday request reasons after approval, clicking your next shift on the home page just takes you to the full week instead of that shift. ‘shift for grabs’ should be ‘shifts for grabs’. when you have selected a date range for holiday and change to authorised absence the date range resets. tap in/out often doesnt work (‘invalid token’) my next shift on the home page often shows one venue and when i click on the week view it shows the actual venue im working at.
if this app was streamlined a bit then it would be way less of a pain to use, seems low effort and sloppy.

Not great, not terrible
Just did a update and now I can’t log in. Just says app old version, even though it’s the new one.

Have iPhone 13 so shouldn’t be an issue but for a shift I’m not on rotation for I cannot tap on the bottom icon to confirm I want to start the shift because it’s below the page . I cannot tap see the top of the icon but I can’t click it
No sign up button??
I have no sign up button only login function. This is delaying my start at work
Password Reset
I can’t reset my password ever since I got mysteriously logged out. I’ve tried to reset password where it says forget details and yet I don’t get a code so please fix this issue it would improve the platform way better for people who forget there passwords often
Can’t login
I can’t login it’s saying that password is not meeting the specified requirements and I have tick all the requirements even it’s says no to me. Please take a look on that and fix the problem

The most recent update doesn’t install correctly and instead just crashes the app making it inaccessible.

Always ask for login details. And very slow app.
Awful compared to other options
This app is so difficult to use with a confusing layout. No option to view all of your shifts. A hassle to log on. Overall just hard to use.
