Too often trips out
Obviously a useful tool, but as a sports coach NOT wanting to be forever ‘on my phone’ this is just another reason to be seeking a connectjon, invariably having to close the app and open it again before it updates only to find at the ‘soft’ human end the person responsible has not added my schedule, or added any of the cover I have done. So at the end of the day it is as good as the people responsible for it 🤣

Easy to use for work shifts
Very helpful app to manage shifts. Easy to check rota and stay organised. Works well and simple to use.
Acknowledge shift
There should be an option to either accept or decline assigned shift instead of just acknowledging it and asking it to be dropped after
