Renewal issues
My payg membership apparently needs to be renewed. Clicked on renew membership section then it says you can’t do this online. A very frustrating system and difficult to navigate if not using regularly

Can’t access the app or online to book 1 week after paying and joining as a member.

Can’t book for more than 1 person at a time which is rubbish when booking for children.

I cannot make bookings through the app. I have tried getting it sorted but there doesn’t seem to be any IT support. Very poor.

It’s not made easy to log in on this new system. Lost count how many times I’ve tried to use it and still can’t log in
