So frustrated after the update
I have bought uptgt maths batch all was good but after latest update no videos are playing it always shows no video found I can’t study since 2 days now it’s 3rd day
New Update not working properly
After updating to the latest version while playing videos it’s shows video not found. Plz fix this issue immediately. And also add my course tab so I haven’t go through many steps.
Course not available after payment
I have purchased course worth 900Rs and it is not available in course, worst part is no team is available to address the issue, phone number not reachable, whatsapp no positive response only AI is answering. Even i am not sure is it going to available in future or not or i have lost my hard earned money.

I had paid this course but they at showing paid to unlock for mock test & they haven’t given any respond to me , facilities teacher are good & friendly nature but it’s very devasting …plz don’t buy their batch …it’s good for you tube purpose only ..

Disappointed
After some days the app is not working properly and I have complained about that then no solution is provided or you can say they ignored my problem and does not give me any solution.I have faced many problem in study from this app after taking courses.

No doubt teachers are good but there are few videos and some videos where the class is missing and the video is half uploaded I tried to get in touch with the help team but call was not responded on time and even call is getting disconnected automatically

It’s very bed, teachers is good but I buy 2 courses and before 20 days the app is not working. There’s not any calling system. In massage they can’t reply. I tried many times. I spent my money and I can’t see course now.
