Trong lúc giao dịch thì điện thoại tôi tắt nguồn đóng app, khi mở lại thì không vào được, nó chỉ hiện màn hình load mà không có thông báo hay gì khác. Và tôi thì ở nước ngoài không thể về vn ngay. Quá tệ

mSacombank is the worst website in the whole banking network. I can’t access my Sacombank account from the United States. How do you want to joint the World banking system while you have a website that your customers can’t access it from outside Việt Nam. Fire your IT and hire a more capable person .

App bị lỗi nhiều

Đăng nhập rất khó khăn. App thường xuyên bị kẹt ở loading. Tệ hơn app những ngân hàng khác.

Lịch sử giao dịch

Viết ứng dụng kiểu gì mà lịch sữ giao dịch chỉ hiện có vài chữ rồi “…” không hiển thị full cho người ta còn biết. Hoặc chí ít ra cũng có nút bấm để hiển thị full nội dung giao dịch.
