Need option to load previous version
Like the earlier post, i have been using the app for years but now can’t. Specifically I cannot upgrade to an ios version to support Saddleback new app.
Missing tabs
I'm so sad that you removed the devotionals in the daily verses with these recent updates. I referred to them daily as part of my quiet time. Please bring them back.
Some tabs are missing
There was a tab for devotion articles under the resources part. After a recent update, this part was missing. I hope we can have it back.
Constantly crashes or doesn’t load
I am not sure what happened but since the “new” look of the companion notes section, the app never loads. I try for 45 minutes into service for months and either crashes once in or won’t even let me enter in my name and password. My phone is updated on all apps so I know it’s not that nor is my phone ‘old’ and can’t handle the technology. Not sure what can be done but after being an app notes user on for years, I’m done now and going back to paper.

Great App
I really enjoy this version of the app, I feel like there’s more content to explore. I just wish it was a bit easier to find services and would like to be able to play it without keeping the app open and screen on.
Less functions
This current app version seems to have less functions, definitely less of the best functions, than previous versions from last year. The previous app versions could play both sermons and play the Immerse audio Bible completely via audio- even when the screen was locked, but this current version when I try to turn off the screen, the audio also shuts off so it makes it difficult hear audio. It’s too bad because that was one of the best way to just listen to the Bible. Forces me to go to YouTube to access the video and/or audio, but it should be here.

Pretty good app overall
I wish there was a way to turn on dark mode so my eyes don’t hurt.
Needs option to write own notes
In the notes section, we used to be able to type our own notes. With the update after the new year, it doesn’t allow you to enter anything except the answers for the blank lines.

Not able to use anymore.
I enjoyed the app very much until my husband put it on his phone. Then he logged in and all of my info disappeared. It seems only one of us can use it. Enjoyed the journeys a lot. Frustrated about missing Immerse this time.
Companion App
New App, kept taking me to tythe would not let me delete my profile or payment info for over an hour. Similar to a scam. Next day after 30 minutes and signing out the fourth time. I got free. There used to be daily verses and daily hope. That’s gone, now only daily verses. It was very frustrating. I’m gone now too!

Can’t see the song
The updated version is good but I can’t see the weekly songs anymore.
Looking for the Video Online Service
I’m still getting used to this new app. I really like the functionality of the previous one. I can easily type in additional texts. I cannot with this one. Also having issues with finding the online service. The previous app was not broken and it worked well.
Saddleback Church App for iPad

Video Issues
Love Saddleback, the content is awesome. However, this new app is not working correctly. You cannot resume a video where you left off. If you try to forward, you then loose the sound on the video. Frustrating.
Great Asset to Our Church!
Overall it's a great app. It still needs some improvements, but I love it.
Saddleback Companion app review
Overall, it’s a great app. I would like to see increased functionality built into the app when the next update is made. I suggest the app be enhanced to give users printing and e-mail capabilities with the notes. Currently, the notes in the app cannot be printed or e-mailed.
