I was already a fan of this app because the 10% back is such an awesome perk. Safara really went above and beyond when for a recent booking I made a mistake on dates and missed my cancellation window. They helped me ASAP, understood the problem and advocated for me with the hotel and got my reservation moved to the right dates without an additional cost. This level of customer service has made me a loyal customer moving forward. Can’t think of another travel company who has supported in such a meaningful way.

Amazing service from a travel app
I have used Safara for bookings a few times in addition to using other apps like booking or hotel brands direct.
Using Safara provides such an elevated experience with unexpected human touch and perks. I’ll provide some specific examples:
1. After a recent booking in Paris, I noticed the hotel charged my card for the stay even though I had prepaid using the Safara app. I didn’t really have time or patience to reach out to the hotel so I went to Safara first. Their concierge team reached out to the hotel only behalf and I was refunded the charge from the hotel 2 days later!
2. Before a recent trip, the team at Safara sent me a text containing a $10 credit to Uber for my trip to the airport, how cool is that?!
This app provides a great experience and I highly recommend for all types of travel but it is especially good for higher end bookings.

Fast app and great prices
Easy to use app that makes it quick to find great hotels. I compared the prices with Expedia and TripAdvisor and it was cheaper on Safara even before factoring in the booking credit.
