هذه أسوأ شركة شحن في التاريخ، يخلطوا الشحنات بكيفهم، اول تعامل اي معهم وصلتني شنطة اطفال بدل جهاز كمبيوتر كنت طالبه و لا في احد تشتكي له، و الحين جتني شحنة جديدة للاسف عن طريقهم و احاول اتتبع الشحنة و مو قادر لا عن طريق الموقع ولا التطبيق السخيف هذا .

برنامج زبالة للناس الزبالة …. ما تستفيد منه شي … غير انه يرفع ضغطك مليون … تستخدمه الشركات الصينية الرديئة

Very bad, difficult to handle and liar
Easy shipping process for FBA items
Familiarization and is the key. App is very easy to use and there is an option for FBA as well. Just click “From” (pick up location) and “To” (Options will be shown also DXB1,DXB2,DXB3). They called me same day to pick up my items on my first shipping (which i think is very fast considering the quantity they have to process daily). It will take 3-5 days from their warehouse to Amazon to ship items (which I hope they can improve soon). But overall it was a seamless process. There are always room for improvements anyway.

Best courier service in Dubai
Been dealing with Safe arrival for a while now and they are always very professional and on time. The app is very user friendly and their prices are a lot better than others.

No international delivery option anymore
Before with wing.ae, i could book international deliveries and there would be option of couriers like skynet but now it doesnt let me book international deliveries

Not recommend to others One of the worst customer service and app, they mention 24hr delivery and today is 4th day no courier agent show up.. and even the customer service agent is not helpful. Don’t waste time waiting them just look for alternative which is better for us..
Very bad delivery service
Worst customer service ever since they have changed from Wing to Safe Arrival! I m always waiting for my pick up/deliveries for 2 days. Today, I have a delivery and been waiting for 3 days now and theh haven’t delivered it yet. From 12 noon they kept on telling me that it will be delivered soon, but waited until 7:30pm and no one came to deliver my item. Most of their guys are rude as well! Hope they will fix this.

Bad application. Sacrifices data privacy
It was difficult to navigate. Phone number verification took forever. I was not able to search the location of destination.
And then the worst happened - Since I was not able to search the location of the destination that I wanted to send my courier to, I clicked a button that mentioned addresses - I was surprised to see several names of individuals, their phone numbers and addresses. This I believe is a serious breach of data privacy. Then I immediately tried to delete my address but I am still unable to find an option. I am surprised how Apple allowed this kind of an application on Apple store.
