Makes me very nervous
Every time I adjust to changes in the website, I run into issues where my accounts won’t show, or there is missing or incorrect information. Definitely not the level of reliability I want from a primary bank. Will need to keep accounts at my primary bank until Safe invests in their app.
Was a great app
Since the most recent update today, the app and all cards don't work. Even my Dwight tried to go and make a purchase this evening and all our accounts and hers can't access any funds from all accounts. On the app none of our accounts are present anymore and support is down. This isn't a general maintenance like it says on the site. Much more serious.

I’ve been with SAFE credit union for over 20 years. They’ve always been very helpful whenever we’ve needed it. I’ve had multiple loans through them the process was always smooth I have checking and savings and whenever I have issues they’ve always been there to help me when I lost my wife and had to change some stuff on our account they were to support .

The Effectiveness of Knowing
Knowing that I don’t always have to get a paper receipt or acknowledgment of my purchases because everything is right in my Safe app grants me real peace of mind and power over my savings and checking!
Too Many Issues
When it comes to trusting a company with money you want zero issues. You’ll run into various internal and external transfers, atm, and false positive monitoring. Either they disregard KYC or are too reliant on AI nonhuman systems. I suspect they cater to the type of crowd found lingering around most of their facilities. You been warned.

Bank forces you to use app
my family happens to work and data security. I happen to know how unsecure banking apps are. However, this bank is forcing customers to use this app to access basic information not really sucks. Whatever functions are available on the app. Should at least be available on the website. Come on!
