Problems internal transfers
I keep on getting problems internal account transfers and I ain't able to do it. I talked to a tech and cannot resolve.

Every single time I log into the app it asks me to rate it, and I’m getting real tired of it
Unstable and Unreliable
I am really tired of trying to do mobile banking and not being able to get on the app and it won’t open or it crashes or it’s telling me to “please wait” and never opens. It’s frustrating and I’m getting ready to just give up on it.
Makes me very nervous
Every time I adjust to changes in the website, I run into issues where my accounts won’t show, or there is missing or incorrect information. Definitely not the level of reliability I want from a primary bank. Will need to keep accounts at my primary bank until Safe invests in their app.
Was a great app
Since the most recent update today, the app and all cards don't work. Even my Dwight tried to go and make a purchase this evening and all our accounts and hers can't access any funds from all accounts. On the app none of our accounts are present anymore and support is down. This isn't a general maintenance like it says on the site. Much more serious.

I’ve been with SAFE credit union for over 20 years. They’ve always been very helpful whenever we’ve needed it. I’ve had multiple loans through them the process was always smooth I have checking and savings and whenever I have issues they’ve always been there to help me when I lost my wife and had to change some stuff on our account they were to support .
