Colossal Waste
To date, 19 app updates over past 12 months a no user improvement. It starts with log in issues every single time and get more frustrating from there.
Great Resource
Quick way to view my membership status, make payments to the marina, and upload insurance. We no longer need the member cards to carry around, good to see it being digitalized! One comment would be to make reserving transient spaces a bit quicker and to have a float plan form. Great start, keep developing!

Have never been able to log in. Not one, single time. Should be zero stars because it’s utterly worthless.
In-app links to Marina descriptions not working
When I hit a link to get more detail on a marina - either from the map or from the card carousel, I'm taken to entirely different marinas - sometimes all the way across the country. This sort of stuff should just be easy.
Login Problems
I am able to log in through my browser but with the app I was getting a wrong password error and now the loading wheel just keeps spinning indefinitely. I tried deleting and re-installing but it did not help.
Truly horrible
This app is nearly useless. The information on it is badly outdated yet there is no way to edit it. I was told it is used for reserving spots at partnering marinas so I assume the insurance information is important but it has information for a boat I sold 14 years ago. I have tried multiple times to have it updated but to no avail. Fortunately, it doesn’t seem to matter. I have never had to use this app for anything so I fail to understand why it exists.

Won’t Load
Next to impossible to log into. It says welcome back and then stays on the loading screen forever, never transitioning to the app itself. I’ve tried everything I can on my end to no avail. Very disappointing.

Unable to log in
App does not work. Website is the only option.
Works once logged in
But login is buggy. Doesn’t store password and doesn’t work with FaceID.

App update broken. Won't allow creation of new account.
Unable to create account
I’ve tried to create an account multiple times on multiple devices but it just loops back to the same screen. No feedback on errors etc.
Buggy app
Crashes every time I click on my profile (icon top right), have to log on every time to use the app. can we get this to work with Face ID?
Nice when it works
Very buggy, doesn’t stay logged in and the log in process doesn’t always occur. To log in you must hit submit multiple times.
