Locked out
During the free trial I had a pattern lock. Then for many years, I kept this album with no lock. When I needed extra privacy I upgraded to premium for $50 which, reinstated the original pattern lock but as this was many years later, I canโt remember the pattern, so I am locked out. This is years of precious photos, that arenโt saved anywhere else, that can no longer access. I have written to the developer twice but have had no response. Iโm devastated ๐ญ. The $50 is nothing compared to the loss of all those memories.

This app was fair and good but then the developer decided to no longer password protect your photos unless you pay for the privilege and on top of that failed to inform previous users that their photos were no longer protected. I would suggest not downloading this app at all, something better is available

Greedy twats
I have never seen such greediness, i have been using this app since 1 month and everything is running so smoothly, they havenโt mentioned any thing about im using premium version of it and will expire after a month, i uploaded 1200+ photos by this time and now they shown me that i have to buy premium version of it and worst part is i cant even export those pics to my gallery in one go and i have to export those 1200+ pictures export manually one by one, what a shame

Touch ID
Easy to save but the problem is the touchtouch ID on my iPad can access the vault itself so anyone who can open my iPad can easily access the app as well. Better if there is an option of asking if touch id can be required or no
Blank screen
I stored very important private photos and videos in this app on my iPhone 13. Suddenly the app started showing only a blank black screen and sometimes closes after a few seconds. No albums, photos, or videos appear anymore.
The worst part is that the app still shows more than 2 GB in Documents & Data, which means the files may still exist, but the app cannot access them properly.
I did not update iOS recently. I restarted the phone multiple times and checked all permissions, but nothing helped.
This is extremely stressful because many users trust this app with important personal memories. I also noticed older reviews reporting the exact same issue years ago.
Please improve reliability, add proper recovery options, and respond to user support requests.
