Locked out

During the free trial I had a pattern lock. Then for many years, I kept this album with no lock. When I needed extra privacy I upgraded to premium for $50 which, reinstated the original pattern lock but as this was many years later, I can’t remember the pattern, so I am locked out. This is years of precious photos, that aren’t saved anywhere else, that can no longer access. I have written to the developer twice but have had no response. I’m devastated 😭. The $50 is nothing compared to the loss of all those memories.

Even with its premium features the app still doesn’t have that much to offer

Get keepsafe instead

After a week of you buying the app your trial will end and you will have to take out all your photos/videos one by one or you can pay to take em all out

This app is garbage keepsafe is ten times more better

App Down 7/10/2026

Loved the app , had all my lil secrets hidden until the app stopped working . I still check time to time but still down. Pls developers we need this fix. I’ll change my review I promise lol
