Locked out
During the free trial I had a pattern lock. Then for many years, I kept this album with no lock. When I needed extra privacy I upgraded to premium for $50 which, reinstated the original pattern lock but as this was many years later, I can’t remember the pattern, so I am locked out. This is years of precious photos, that aren’t saved anywhere else, that can no longer access. I have written to the developer twice but have had no response. I’m devastated 😭. The $50 is nothing compared to the loss of all those memories.

This app was fair and good but then the developer decided to no longer password protect your photos unless you pay for the privilege and on top of that failed to inform previous users that their photos were no longer protected. I would suggest not downloading this app at all, something better is available

I have never seen such greediness, i have been using this app since 1 month and everything is running so smoothly, they haven’t mentioned any thing about im using premium version of it and will expire after a month, i uploaded 1200+ photos by this time and now they shown me that i have to buy premium version of it and worst part is i cant even export those pics to my gallery in one go and i have to export those 1200+ pictures export manually one by one, what a shame

Touch ID
Easy to save but the problem is the touchtouch ID on my iPad can access the vault itself so anyone who can open my iPad can easily access the app as well. Better if there is an option of asking if touch id can be required or no

Works great, I’m not sure what the premium version gives you. The app definitely needs some polish. I don’t think there is a way to view file info like size, dimensions, etc. No indicator of how many photos are in an album. Can’t change grid size. However, it works great. No limit on sub-folders. Hope it gets better!

Prefer other apps
If we have to move the phones more then one from this app to phone, we to need purchase premium subscription. This is really frustrating, I just want to move the photos in bulk but no way without paying unlike other app. Would suggest users to go for different app as many offers without any cost
