Not happy!
I’ve used this app for at least 10 years and it was great. Now all of a sudden ALL of my notes but two disappeared and the backups won’t restore them! I’m devastated! Some were very important.

I’ve been using Safe Notes for many years. Probably not the best place to store passwords & sensitive data.
Good luck transferring data to a new iPhone.
Even though it worked on your old phone, on your new phone, Safe Notes will give an error message, “Safe Notes cannot save to Google Drive.”

They have all gone
Open my Safe notes today and every password has gone completely blank. Anyone thinking of using this app avoid or you’ll end up with world of pain trying to recover your passwords.

I have had this for years but when is an update coming for iphone? I had the paid app but I'm not sure where it went.
Not backing up
I am using this app on iPhone and iPad. I thus keep them synced by backing up to Google Drive.
Recently I made a change on my iPad and tried to back it up, so that it would sync to my phone. I am getting an Authentication Error.
The operation couldn’t be completed. (com.google.HTTPStatus error 400.)
Please advise. I have used this app for years and it would be a shame to have to change to something else.

Safe Note what happened?
I went into the app today and everything was gone. It was like a brand new unused app. I couldn’t find it in iCloud to back up. Not there. It’s all gone!
I found an older version on an unused iPad but it had information on it from years ago.
1. Is there anyway to recover my 2023, 2024 information?
2. How do you delete old notes?

Easy Lost Your Passwords
Today 4/17/2024 after using this app a couple of years, I LOST ALL MY PASSWORDS!!

Just opened safe notes up and found that all my passwords etc are gone. Complete disaster, many years using it with no issues. Have contacted developer no reply.
No Good
Went to use it one day and all my passwords had disappeared. I’ve emailed the person who developed this app to ask for help but unfortunately they haven’t responded
Reliable
I’ve been using Safe Note for years now perhaps a decade already. And so far it has been as trustworthy as it has been. I like it when it’s simple hence make life easier.
Lost all my notes
Latest update wiped out my notes including the Google drive backup. What’s the point of the backup if it gets wiped during the update?

I loved (used to) this app. Been using safely & securely on my past 2 IPhones, no problems.

Doesn’t work for me.
Just installed it. Pin keypad flashes for a split second and it disappears when I open the app. It’s a royal joke. Anybody can read my notes. iPhone 7 latest iOS 14 I believe.
Disappointed
I’ve had this app for several years now. Today I go to login and it says there are no notes. I’ve lost everything. Very frustrating!!!
Great software
Benny, I have used Safe-notes Pro for years. You have done a fine job Simplifying all of this. This can even be color coded. I have a question for Benny. I made the horrible mistake of letting my two goof ball children 22 - 18 talk me out of the safety net of my Android and now I’m in the Jaws of the IPhone. So I downloaded Safe-notes but I don’t even see a safe notes pro offered on the IOS. I paid for the pro and the software is better. How can I get my Safenotes Pro back? Thank you.

App keeps kicking me out I’ve had to uninstall multiple times to restart getting aggravating.
No colour text
Always used safe notes for last few years but seems like it doesn’t work properly these days. No colours text now, it always goes back to black when you go back into it after closing it down
