Useful but Limited, Needs some Love
There is a very well health enterprise utility to this application but the implementation suffers from non-standard look and feel, oddly repetitive displays, inability to sense the device orientation and adapt (horizontal vs vertical) and manual operations like calculation of score which should be a simple running total.
This app could be replaced by a Numbers spreadsheet as it sits... But it has considerable potential... to be much more than what it is now.
