We had our daughter using safe vision for several months now. In an unfortunate situation, she was using regular YouTube for 2 weeks! God knows what she saw, but she’s having terrible night mares and refuses to go to the bathroom or anywhere in the house on her own like she normally would. She talks about seeing things - monsters under the bed etc. I’m mad but i’m also glad that I can get her back on this and hope she recovers. She’s 4 years old.

This app has been a life saver!! I can now rest easy knowing my son only has access to what I have approved and he is not receiving other suggested channels that I may not approve of. I love this app! It’s nice to be able to control everything my 6 year old watches and it has keywords you can type in that you don’t want you kid to hear and will block out any video with those words!
Must Have For The Kids
YouTube Kids only did an alright job of filtering out unwanted content. Safe Vision gives the ultimate peace of mind when the kids get their iPad time.

So grateful to have an app to control what my kids watch on YouTube and which doesn’t have ads. Kids complain it’s a bit slow at loading sometimes, but not too often and that’s a cost I’m quite happy to bear.
Perfect Solution!
We are so grateful for Safe Vision, my son uses it for piano videos and my daughter for crochet. Before this we basically banned YouTube because of all of the downsides. We used YouTube Kids version for a while but the downside is that my son couldn’t search for specific songs in the whitelist mode. Safe Vision fixes that. We’ve had a paid subscription for a year now and plan to renew, it’s been wonderful for our family to have access to the videos we approve and none of the rest. Also, I reached out to support with a question recently they responded immediately with great service. Can’t recommend this app highly enough!!

Fix The Bugs Please!
I love this app and I’ve been using it for a long time now but idk if it’s just glitches or YouTube trying to “sabotage” safe vision but it keeps not loading or saying like bot check but I can’t complete the bot check because it won’t let me and for 2 days I haven’t been able to watch bc of a bug of not loading but overall really good!

I love this app but one thing is annoying
When I try to play a video it doesn’t play for some reason. But another thing that is weird, is that some videos do play, but not most of them. Plz fix

Safe Vision is a wonderful way to watch YouTube videos safely! You as the parent choose specifically which videos and channels to allow- and there are no ads, reels, or automatic play of videos- this is better the YouTube Kids! And still allows my kids the ability to watch actual YouTube videos. Thanks Safe Vision!

Best app ever!
I absolutely LOVE safe vision. I recommend it to everyone with kids that I know! By far the best app to keep kids from seeing the dark side of YouTube…or just the lame brainrot stuff. You have full control over what is seen, no ads, and complete peace of mind 😌

Great but..
It is great, an awesome app to protect children from the unsafe things, but it is very hard and confusing to use, it’s easy to sign in, but it’s not the same as YouTube, where you can scroll or search up things easy, if you click on an added channel it only brings up their videos not shorts so you have to wait for them to pop up on your for you page but it is really small and only resets every day

Safe Vision does not let videos through I haven’t approved like YouTube Kids. This app is a staple in our house.
Been using for five years
It’s AMAZING 🤩! Now my mom puts the channels on bc I’m a teen. But there is one thing I wish was different and that is that I wish there was an option to download some videos so you can watch them offline. But besides that AMAZING!

Love this however…
I love this app I am 12 and it makes me feel free being able to watch all my favorite YouTubers. But there are two things that could be cool if they fixed them, first I wish I could scroll on YouTube shorts instead of having to click on them, Also if parents could make your screen time longer without having to pay.
