FaceID doesn’t work anymore
FaceID no longer works to open the app. I’m stuck in a loop of hitting the “unlock app” button, faceID scanning and giving me the green check, and then the “unlock app” button appearing again. And again. Perpetually.
I’ve tried restarting my phone but it didn’t work.

My Job makes me use it
I had no choice in selecting the software but at least it works.
Requires phone restart to work
Every few days, the app stops allowing me to unlock the passkey generator. Killing the app doesn’t work and I have to restart my phone.

A 2FA is supposed to be about efficient security. You know what’s not efficient? Popping-up a dialog to ask if I’m happy with the app. So, because some metrics-driven weenie had to get their fix, the app gets a low rating.
If would be nice if the timeout for entering a pin were longer but I’m unsure if that’s this thing or a bad server config.

I upgraded to a new phone and all my apps worked perfectly on the new phone except this piece of junk. I lost access to all my work apps. Totally unacceptable. STAY AWAY FROM IT.
