Great App!
Great app. Easy to use. I’m able to add and remove my visitors with ease. It also allows me to remotely open my communities gate and send one time entries to my temporary visitors.
App doesn’t launch
For 5 days my app displays a white screen when launched and their website displays a certificate error and won’t launch either
CarPlay blocks launching SagePassageMobile
While in my car connected to my iPhone through CarPlay, when I say “hey siri load (or launch) SafePassageMobile, Siri responds verbally with ‘sorry, I can’t do that while you’re in the car’” Apple support said that it is solely the choice of the developer to enable the app’s use through CarPlay. I have verified this, as many others apps are launchable while using CarPlay. Developers, please enable this feature so that I can remotely open the gate when your license readers are not working (too often)!

App is accessible, unable to resolve set up issues
Hello. I was worried about the accessibility of the app using a screen reader. The app works well with iOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone 15 Pro using the voice over screen reader, allowing me, a disabled dues paying owner, rightful access. The issue I am having with the app is what happened after set up. Even though I selected my correct address from the pop-up menu, including apartment number, under profile and my account, the apartment number is wrong. it has been a week and after promised calls, issue has still not been resolved. I am worried what will happen when this app goes live.

Infrequently works
If the app opens, it’s functional. However, the app often will not open/freezes and I’ve tried it with the same result on multiple phones.

Just downloaded a new version. I’ve haven’t run into any issues. Gets what I need to do done. Solid!

Safe Passage app is terrible because it’s off line every other day. Don’t bother to download it’s a waste of time. Herbs 17
Does not always open
I select the app and it fails to open. I go the web app on my computer and it opens. Our community has been using Safe Passage for 1 week today so needless to say I’m disappointed!
Works great
The app works great. Does exactly what is needed. The part I really like is that the user interface in the app is identical to the UI in their web portal. Makes life easy!
