Terrible app
Doesn’t update anywhere near quickly enough. Regular push notifications advising low battery at 19:25 (always this time too) even though that’s not the time and device is on charge.
Brought for my grandad who has dementia and keeps wondering but don’t trust it at all. I’ve walked to the shop wearing it to see if it works and it’s hit and miss if it does.
Usability of the history on the app is awful too, basic usability not thought about when developed.
Finally, trying to call the device via the app is near impossible and costs a fortune.... and that’s on top of the monthly fee for the device!

Safer walking review
I am sorry to say this app has been very disappointing. Have used it, or I should say trued to use it since September 2019 but it has been very unpredictable. A tracker that only works some of the time is very frustrating and worrying if you are relying on it to keep a loved one safe. The tracker itself has been repaired and replaced but still does not work well. I have cancelled the subscription now and feel my mother has wasted a lot of money.
