Great tool
I’ve been using this tool for about 3 years for different company’s. It has a tremendous amount of information and great for using for teams, assignments, audits and inspections. Some improvements. 1) The reports put all the pictures on the last page. I suppose I get it for reducing waste, but a bit of a strain going back and forth. 2) Customer support, though they often get back to you, you wait for hours to hear back. Then it’s been
My experience when you are not available, they close the ticket, causing you to reopen and sit and wait. Also, fixing an issue takes a long time. Days even weeks. 3) allow for more detailed dates pulling reports. If I pull monthly reports that go over the course of a project, I have to pull and submit several months vs one report. One report would be much more clean and easier to use. Other than that, I plan to stay with Safesite for the time being, And have referrals to many friends.

Very easy to use
Non-techie staff pick it up quickly, and the digital paper trail makes it easy to share inspections and other documentation/reports with whoever needs to use it.
Where has this app been my whole life
Working in the construction industry, you realize a lot of things go missed due to the lack in advancements in technology. As a safety compliance officer at my company, a lot of safety issues go unresolved because a lot of correspondences are via text/paper/verbal. These things are hard to track while managing a project. Safesite really makes safety hard to miss and easy to track and resolve. This prevents a huge safety disaster that takes a project from being unsuccessful to successful. Safety is always first.

Meetings
When I try to add attendees to a meeting the app never saves them just keeps spinning like it’s thinking I can never submit a meeting
Very convenient tool!
Super easy way to track, and keep track of photos of observations and hazards around at different jobs. Love that you don’t have to have the app open during jobsite visits and you can add pictures from your photo library afterwards. Would like to figure out how to be able to export reports as PDF easier to emails without having to type long addresses in each time

Excellent tool for creating and maintaining a top notch safety program

Highly recommended for any safety professional
This is a great program for tracking and trending safety hazards and observations. There is so much more to the program that we haven't even began to use yet! We have used the program for almost two years and every month is seem something new is being added to make it even better. The customer service that Karen and Cory and Larry have given a second to none.

Review
Overall the app is easy to use and I’m a heavy daily user. My biggest issue is the ease to edit a completed report on my iPad (normally I have to use my pc). I should be able to enter a report number and pull it up to review or edit.

Won't open
Tried to sign up, after completing the sign up page, page never went away from screen. Closed out and tried to log on, app does nothing.
Great product
I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried Safesite since I have been disappointed by the other dozen apps I have tried.
Safesite is simple and intuitive and it works! Inspections are easy as well as capturing observations. Hazards are simple to document and communicate to others for quick resolution
The desktop portal that is available is great. It allows you to view the data collected on the app and use it. You can see issues by location, hazard type and subcontractor so you can proactively get involved and do something about it.
The program is affordable and I am saving the monthly cost every week in time saved.
