Great when it works
I bought because of the cellular connection. Paid for the 12 month subscription and they worked fine for 6 months. Now they wonโt connect and I have contacted customer service multiple times and the Chinese help desk tried but they arenโt very good. The latest reply was to check my WiFi. I paid for the cellular connection because WiFi goes down and cameras go out. Looking for a cellular replacement with American support

Easy to install.
Great picture quality
I have google devices but they pale in comparison to the picture quality of Safeview. It takes a bit of time to load but the functionality of the device and app is great
Strobe light
The strobe lights on both of the cameras continue to burn even after the 20 seconds of recording. I have to manually turn them off now. Even after the updates.

It appears that with the latest software-app update I have lost access to my SD card. I used to be able to reformat from app. Canโt find a way to do that anymore.

I'm really impressed how well these security cameras work. Great clarity, sound, panning is silent, no motor sounds like my Reolink cameras. I'm so impressed I'm buying 3 more. Installation and setup are a breeze. I give this camera an A+++++ ๐๐ฅ

5g cameras just disappear
I had 4 5g cameras and just disappear bad app for suggesting security cameras

This has been the best camera. The way we can change the direction and even talk through the camera. We are building a house and it has been great.

Need play back on my sad card
My dog was attacked in my own backyard. I have an sd card in the camera yet I canโt see the attack. No notification was given of Leon in my backyard. I specifically got this camera for motion detection. I have messaged this company and no response yet.!!! My dog was attacked and this camera showed nothing.!!! No motion and I have it set for motion detection.! Please respond back and provide me the video.!!

Mostly works.
App no longer seems to allow Alexa skill to be linked. Just fails login, with no recourse.

Had them for several months, only had an issue with the one camera on the front porch and starting today having connection issues with all 3. My Wi-Fi is perfectly fine. They keep going in and out with connection. I donโt know if itโs a software issue or if itโs actually the cameras being faulty now.
