Constantly logs us out and doesn’t give the option to log back in

When me or my partner log into the app it logs the other one out and then it does the same to me and we have to delete the app and both log out for it to work (which only works sometimes). Also after having it for a year the monitor battery life is awful

App stopped working overnight

I like to use the app with the monitor itself. It desynched overnight and I’ve done all the troubleshooting. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and now I’m only prompted with two screens that I can swipe through, with no option to pair the camera to the app. I’ll spend the rest of the day troubleshooting, but it’s annoying if I can’t use the app anymore.
